摘要: A mirror (1) for a microlithography projection exposure apparatus including a substrate (3) and a reflective coating (5). A functional coating (11) between the substrate (3) and the reflective coating (5) has a local form variation (19) for correcting the surface form of the mirror (1), wherein the local form variation (19) is brought about by a local variation in the chemical composition of the functional coating (11) and wherein a thickness of the reflective coating (5) is not changed by the local variation in the chemical composition of the functional coating (11). The local variation in the chemical composition of the functional coating (11) can be brought about by bombardment with particles (15), for example with hydrogen ions.

摘要: An X-Ray cassette (1) and a device (10) for reading information stored in a memory layer (15) are disclosed. This device (10) contains a radiation source (11) to excite a row (34) of the memory layer (15). The row (34) emits an emission radiation (17) because of this excitation. The device (10) based on the invention contains a receptor (12) to receive the emission radiation (17). The receptor (12) includes a number of light-sensitive surfaces (18) that are arranged in adjacent rows. According to the invention, the dimension of the light-sensitive surfaces (18) of the receptor (12) arranged perpendicular to the orientation (A) of the rows (34) is greater than that oriented along the row direction (B). Alternatively or additionally, the device can include an optical projector (14) by means of which the emission radiation (17) is projected onto the receptor (12). The numerical aperture of the optical projector (14) with respect to the excited row (34) arranged perpendicular to the orientation (A) of the rows (34) is larger than along direction (B).

摘要: The headlamp has a headlamp insert (10), which is mounted pivotably at its front marginal region (22) in a receiving fixture (12). A part (50) of the receiving fixture (12) has an opening (52) through which there is placed from above an adjusting screw (54), which is supported by its head (55) against the top side of the receiving fixture part (50), which is screwed into a threaded bore (43) in the headlamp insert (10) and onto which there is screwed, between the headlamp insert (10) and the receiving fixture part (50), a female part (57). The female part (57) enables the adjusting screw (54) and hence the headlamp insert (10) to be fixed to the receiving fixture part (50) and, once the female part (57) is loosened, the adjusting screw (54) can be twisted in order to adjust the alignment of the optical axis (28) of the headlamp insert (10) in a vertical longitudinal plane.

摘要: A machining apparatus has a frame and two generally parallel horizontal guides on the frame, one of which extends through at least one loading station and through at least one work station. A slide carrying a pair of spindles each capable of gripping a workpiece is shiftable between positions with the spindles aligned with the stations. A tool holder is shiftable on the other of the guides toward and away from the work station. Respective guides between each of the spindles and the slide allow vertical movement of the spindles on the slide. Actuators shift the slide horizontally on the one guide, shift the tool holder horizontally parallel to the slide on the other guide, and shift the spindles vertically on the slide.

摘要: A high/low plush knitwear with a ground fabric including a plurality of stitch courses and plush yarns (72,81) bound thereinto is disclosed. The ground fabric consists of knitting formed from at least one ground yam (68) and comprises at least one first portion (77) formed by a plurality of adjacent stitch wales with incorporated plush yarns (72,81) forming plush loops (72d, 81d) and at least one second portion (78) without such plush loops. According to the invention at least two float yarns (64,65) are additionally bound into the ground fabric. Each float yarn (64,65) in the second portion (78) selectively floats or is formed into stitches (80e-80h). The invention moreover concerns a method and a knitting machine for making such a plush knitwear (FIG. 16).
