摘要： A system has a microcontroller with operative control of a set of vehicle lights including an ability to flash all of the set of vehicle signal lights simultaneously as hazard flashers and an ability to strobe all of the set of vehicle signal lights as high conspicuity emergency lighting. Upon receipt of an indication from a vehicle data bus that the vehicle is slowing as a result of a stopping event, the microcontroller determines a speed of the vehicle and strobes the set of vehicle signal lights as high conspicuity emergency lighting if the speed of the vehicle is below a predetermined threshold.

摘要： A system for signaling a hazard condition of a vehicle includes a microprocessor configured to receive an electronic signal from the vehicle that is indicative of a hazardous condition involving the vehicle, and a first radio transmitter in operative communication with the microprocessor. In response to receiving the signal indicative of a hazardous event, the microprocessor sends a first wireless signal via the first radio transmitter that indicates the vehicle is involved in the hazardous condition.

摘要： A system includes a microcontroller that controls illumination of a plurality of vehicle lights that are operable in a flashing state wherein the plurality of lights operate as hazard flashers visible on a front and rear of a vehicle and a strobing state wherein the plurality of lights operate as strobing lights visible on the front and rear of the vehicle. The system includes a strobe activation switch that provides a signal to the microcontroller to operate the plurality of vehicle lights in the second strobing state. The microcontroller operates the plurality of vehicle lights in the first hazard flasher state in response activation of an existing hazard flasher switch. The strobing state has a flash rate that is perceptibly faster than a flash rate of the flashing state.
