Abstract:
An injection device including a housing, a needle guard sleeve displaceable relative to the housing, and a spring coupled to the guard sleeve such that the guard sleeve can be moved by the spring distally from a proximal position to an end position, the spring also being coupled to a forward drive element displaceable relative to the housing in a drive direction wherein the spring is tensioned upon a movement of the forward drive element in the forward drive direction.

Abstract:
An injection device for use with a two-chamber ampoule, wherein the device includes a front casing part with which the two-chamber ampoule can be associated, a rear casing part, a threaded drive accommodated by the rear casing part, a piston rod which, during a blending movement, is moved by the threaded drive toward a dispensing end of the device and slaves at least a closing piston of the two-chamber ampoule in the process, wherein a spring element presses the piston rod toward the dispensing end during a delivery movement.
Abstract:
A combination of a storage container for an injectable product and a needleless injection device for injecting the product, wherein an adapter is used to establish a fluid connection between the storage container and the injection device, wherein the storage container is connected to a dosing means for dispensing the injectable product to the injection device in doses, and the dosing means includes an actuator arranged in the storage container or reaching into the storage container.

Abstract:
A system for administering an injectable product including an injection syringe carrying a needle, a drive unit and a housing for accommodating the injection syringe and the drive unit, wherein the drive unit moves the injection syringe relative to the housing, and wherein, in some embodiments, a retractor mechanism is provided to retract the needle into the housing after the product is administered.
Abstract:
A substance delivery device including a casing formed by a first casing portion for a substance reservoir including a piston, a piston rod movable in an advancing direction to move the piston toward an outlet of the reservoir to deliver the substance, a dosing element which performs a dosing movement relative to the casing and, together with the piston rod, performs a delivery movement in the advancing direction, a dosing member connected to the dosing element wherein the dosing member is movable generally transversely to the piston rod to enable the piston rod to be moved counter to the advancing direction, a resetting element movably connected to the first casing portion to perform dosing member and piston rod disengaging and engaging movements, and a cam gear coupling the resetting element to the dosing member, wherein the cam gear forms a guiding rail on which the dosing member is guided.
Abstract:
An injection device including a needle cover, a casing, an injection mechanism, and a needle holder including an injection needle, wherein the needle cover is carried by the casing such that it can be moved, against a restoring force, from a protecting position, past an injection position, and into an assembling position. In the protecting position, the needle cover extends beyond the skin penetrating tip of the injection needle and, in the injection position, the needle cover is short of the tip. In the assembling position, the needle cover allows access to the needle holder, whereby the needle holder can be gripped and connected to or detached from the casing.
Abstract:
A device for administering a product after executing a priming process, the device including a housing for accommodating an ampoule containing the product, a mechanism for moving a plug or piston in the ampoule, and a lock arrangement operably coupled to the mechanism which prevents an administration of the product without a previous execution of the priming process, wherein, upon or after executing the priming process, the lock arrangement is released and the mechanism is operable for administering the product.
Abstract:
A device for administering an injectable product including an insertion mechanism for inserting an injection needle into a tissue, the insertion mechanism including a first pressure element, a delivery mechanism for delivering the product from a product container, the delivery mechanism including a second pressure element, and a trigger for triggering the insertion and delivery mechanisms, wherein, when triggered, the insertion mechanism is moved by the first pressure element in an insertion direction from an initial position to an insertion position and the delivery mechanism remains at rest relative to the insertion mechanism until the insertion position is reached.
