摘要:
The present invention relates to thermoplastic polyamide moulding compositions which contain at least one copolyamide with at least 20% by weight polyamide 12 components and at least one aprotic compound selected from the group of N-alkylated, cyclic carboxylic acid amides with 5 to 7 ring elements and/or of urea derivatives, the alkyl rests of which are linear at the nitrogen or which form a linking of the two N-atoms, and a process for production of the moulding compositions. The thermoplastic polyamide moulding compositions are distinguished by the fact that no solid deposits are formed during thermoplastic conversion.
摘要:
The present invention relates to the use of thermoplastic polyamide moulding compositions with reduced or strongly reduced formation of solid deposits and/or coverings during a thermoplastic conversion into commodity goods in discontinuous processes in particular injection moulding, and continuous processes such as the extrusion of films, fibers, tubes and jacketings containing at least 20% by weight polyamide and/or at least one copolymer with at least 20% by weight polyamide components.

A catalyst solution for the anionic polymerization of lactones and/or lactams comprises a salt of at least one compound of the general formula I In this formula (I), R1 is H or an aliphatic, cycloaliphatic or aromatic radical with 1 to 12 C atoms which can also have heteroatoms or hetero groups, the radical R2, which is the same or different, is H, halogen, C1–C5-alkyl, ethoxy or wherein said solvation agent S comprises N-methylpyrrolidone, N-octylpyrrolidone, N-cyclohexylpyrrolidone, N-octylcaprolactam, tetrabutyl urea or mixtures thereof methoxy, and n=1, 2 or 3, and wherein the salt is dissolved in an aprotic solvation agent S.
摘要:
The invention relates to a solution of an alkali salt, which is strongly basic, clear, stable in storage and liquid at room temperature, of aniline, amidated with a monocarboxylic acid, or its derivatives in an aprotic solvation agent, a method for production thereof and the polyamides produced using this solution.

The present invention relates to reinforced polyamide molding materials which can be prepared from a polyamide blend and, for example, by compounding with cut fibers or continuous filaments on twin-screw extruders and have mechanical properties which are usually not compatible with one another, namely a combination of exceptionally high rigidity and strength and at the same time good toughness. Furthermore, a high heat distortion temperature (HDT) is achieved according to the invention. The thermoplastic polyamide molding materials according to the invention are suitable for the production of moldings or other semifinished products or finished articles, which can be produced, for example, by extrusion, injection molding, direct methods or direct compounding, in which the compounded polyamide molding material is processed directly by injection molding, or other deformation techniques.
