An embodiment includes: an antenna part having a first antenna and a second antenna for receiving electric waves from the IC tag, and configured to form a plurality of areas including an area in a readable range of the first antenna, an area in a readable range of the second antenna, and an area in a readable range of the first antenna and the second antenna; a reader part for reading the information stored in the IC tag via the antenna part; and a determination part for determining whether the information stored in the IC tag should have been read by the reader part, based on a presence or absence of information read via the first antenna and the second antenna in the plurality of areas.

摘要: Antenna devices are provided comprising antenna structures encapsulated or molded into plastic covers of computing devices to enable wireless communication. For example, one or more antenna structures can be encasulated within, or molded into, a plastic display cover of a portable laptop computer. Embedded antenna designs can include various antenna types that are built using one or more wires or thin metallic strips encapsulated into plastic device covers. Insert/injection molding methods can be used to encapsulate antenna structures in plastic device covers during fabrication of the plastic device covers.

摘要: A power lead and a ground lead are connected to corresponding pads of a die through an intra-package wiring substrate. A ground plane is formed in a mold under the intra-package wiring substrate extending along the bottom surface of the mold, and connected to the ground lead. A decoupling capacitor is connected to power wiring and the ground plane to prevent EMI caused by switching noise current generated by the power circuit of the die.
