摘要: A recording arrangement of an x-ray system comprises an x-ray source and an x-ray detector. Adjustment parameters can be manually supplied to the recording arrangement by an operator of the x-ray system, so that the x-ray source emits x-rays according to the manually given adjustment parameters and the x-ray detector accordingly acquires a sequence of images of an object. The manually supplied adjustment parameters can be automatically acquired by an acquisition device and stored in a remanent memory at least temporarily assigned to the acquisition device and remain stored after the completion of the acquisition of the sequence independently of a further operation of the x-ray system. The stored adjustment parameters can be retrieved from the remanent memory by the operator and supplied again to the recording arrangement so that a further sequence of images can be acquired according to the retrieved adjustment parameters.

摘要: A method of guiding a catheter during a treatment procedure includes acquiring scan data of a patient volume in position for the treatment procedure, registering volume data of the patient volume to the scan data, acquiring fluoroscopic data for the patient volume during the treatment procedure, and generating a volume representation of the fluoroscopic data during the treatment procedure. Generating the volume representation includes superimposing the fluoroscopic data on the volume data based on the registering. The volume representation of the fluoroscopic data is displayed, the volume representation showing a position of a mitral valve clip carried by the catheter relative to the patient volume.

摘要: A system and method of treatment of mitral valve insufficiency using an implantable medical device is described. The system uses a C-arm X-ray device configured to produce computed-tomographic (CT)-like images, and to superimpose the CT-like images on a fluoroscopic image taken with the same X-ray device as a part of the treatment procedure. The fluoroscopic images are used to guide a catheter in the patient so as to place the medical device in a proper position. The efficacy of the procedure may be assessed using a non-invasive or minimally invasive acoustic imaging technique.

摘要: A method for recording an x-ray image with an x-ray imaging system having an x-ray source and an x-ray detector is provided. The x-ray source has a plurality of x-ray emitters arranged alongside one another. Each x-ray emitter is assigned to a part area of the x-ray detector. The x-ray beam generated by the x-ray emitter is collimated onto the assigned part area. A first x-ray emitter is activated for emitting a first x-ray beam onto a first part area and image data of the first part area is read out. Subsequently a further x-ray emitter for emitting a further x-ray beam onto a further part area of is activated and image data of the further part area is read out. The steps are repeated until image data for all part areas of the x-ray detector is read out. The read out image data is combined into an x-ray image.
