摘要： A panel latch system includes a chassis and a plurality of panels mounted on the chassis in a closed position. A latch body is mounted on the chassis for latched engagement with the panels. The latch body is spring loaded so as to be movable between a static position and a plurality of displaced positions for unlatching the panels. A first latch portion on the latch body is provided for releasing a first panel in response to the latch body being moved in a first direction from the static position to a first displaced position. A second latch portion on the latch body is provided for releasing a second panel in response to the latch body being moved in a second direction from the static position to a second displaced position.

摘要： A mounting system for attaching a panel to a chassis includes a chassis having a top, a bottom and opposing sides. A guide portion is attached adjacent to the top of the chassis. A latch is movably mounted to the chassis adjacent to the guide portion. The guide portion engages the latch to limit the movement of the latch along a reference axis defined by the guide portion. A resilient member is connected between the latch and the chassis for biasing the latch to a static position. A panel is pivotally attached adjacent to the bottom of the chassis. The panel is engaged by the latch to retain the panel in a closed position. The latch is movable to a displaced position for releasing the panel to allow the panel to be moved to an open position. The panel can be accurately and consistently aligned and attached to the chassis of the computer system after each removal. Furthermore, the panel can be quickly and easily engaged and disengaged with minimal force without the use of tools or having to manipulate fasteners such as screws.

摘要： Ultra-thin oxide layers are formed utilizing low pressure processing to achieve self-limiting oxidation of substrates and provide ultra-thin oxide. The substrates to be processed can contain an initial dielectric layer such as an oxide layer, an oxynitride layer, a nitride layer, a high-k layer, or alternatively can lack an initial dielectric layer. The processing can be carried out using a batch type process chamber or, alternatively, using a single-wafer process chamber. One embodiment of the invention provides self-limiting oxidation of Si-substrates that results in SiO2 layers with a thickness of about 15 A, where the thickness of the SiO2 layers varies less than about 1 A over the substrates.

Further included in the secure mode information entry circuit is cryptographic firmware which adapts the secure information entry circuit so that an encryption mode signal is caused to change state when an encryption routine is called. The indicator of the encryption mode apparatus is made responsive to the encryption mode signal so that the indicator indicates to a user as to whether data entered into the terminal will be encrypted by the terminal.
