摘要: An intervertebral fusion implant for the fusion of two adjacent vertebrae includes an elongate, adjustable support body, of which the lower and upper cover surfaces are designed to bear on end-plates of the adjacent vertebrae, wherein a side bracket is provided, which is pivotable laterally about a hinge, and of which the bottom face and top face are designed to bear on the end-plates. The support body furthermore is provided, on the cover surface thereof, with a lifting plate which, by means of a lifting mechanism, is adjustable in height between a retracted state and a raised state in which the lifting plate forms a bearing for one of the end-plates. Thereby, both adaptions of width as well as of height are achieved.

摘要: An intervertebral fusion implant for fusion of adjacent vertebrae, includes a main body having a first leg, a second leg, and an intermediate articulated joint, a pivoting blade is rotatably attached to the first leg, a guiding trough that includes two lateral side walls and two end-faces, one being stationary and one being movable and formed by a traveller movable along the guiding trough to vary its distance to the stationary end-face, the traveller being rotatably attached to the other end of the pivoting blade, wherein an attachment device is provided at the stationary end-face, and a second attachment device is provided at the traveller, which includes an aperture for passage of the holding instrument, wherein a lifting mechanism includes a lifting plate adjustable between retracted and raised states, the lifting plate being spaced from a top surface of the legs and forming a bearing for an adjacent vertebrae end-plate.

摘要: The invention relates to an intervertebral fusion implant for fusing two adjacent vertebrae, comprising an adjustable support body, the base surface and cover surface of which are configured to bear on end plates of the adjacent vertebrae, wherein provision is made for a side bracket, which can be pivoted laterally about a hinge and the base and cover of which have a planar design, and provision is made for an actuator for pivoting out the side bracket into a position (working position) spread from the support body. As a result, the implant has particularly small dimensions and can, after assembly at the envisaged implantation site, be actuated in such a way that it becomes larger and thereby affords a larger support surface for support in the intervertebral space. Thus, even comparatively large-area defects can be treated by minimally invasive surgery.

摘要: An intervertebral fusion implant for fusion of two adjacent vertebrae, comprising a base piece and a cover piece, which are each designed to bear on a facing end plate of one of the adjacent vertebrae, wherein the cover piece is adjustable in height with respect to the base piece, wherein a ratchet mechanism, provided between base piece and cover piece, effects a stepped adjustment of height and secures an adopted height against reversal. In this way, a defined expansion can be achieved that is dependent on the number of actuations. A precise control of the state of expansion is permitted, specifically in a purely haptic manner. Moreover, a locking of the adopted state of expansion is achieved with the ratchet mechanism.

摘要: The invention relates to an intervertebral fusion implant for fusing two adjacent vertebrae, comprising a base piece and a cover piece and also a spreading means, wherein the base piece and the cover piece are connected by a rocker which is situated therebetween and externally coupled, and the spreading means is a spreader clip on the rocker and a drive device is provided for the spreader clip. The spreader clip is used to erect the rocker such that the implant expands in terms of height. As a result of the external coupling of the rocker, a large lifting travel is available. Furthermore, the spreader clip has a blocking effect in relation to an unwanted return as a result of the frictional forces thereof.
