    摘要: An automatic turnover device for use in manufacturing includes a support frame, a motor, a pulley, a holding assembly, and a belt. The motor is secured to the support frame. The motor has an output shaft. The pulley is mounted on the output shaft of the motor. The holding assembly is pivotally connected to the support frame. The holding assembly is configured to hold an object. The belt has one end attached to the pulley and another end attached to the holding assembly. The motor is operated to rotate the output shaft in a first direction to tighten the belt and then to rotate in reverse to release the belt, such that a center of gravity of the holding assembly is moved. The holding assembly pivots relative to the support frame from a first horizontal position to a second horizontal position due to its own weight.

    摘要: An electric vehicle automatic charging system includes an electric vehicle including a receiving cavity with an opening and a shutter for closing the opening, a battery assembly receiving in the receiving cavity and a charging device. The battery assembly includes a battery pack including an electrode connecting member and a movable bracket including a magnetic member. The charging device includes a support table, a support plate, an electromagnetic fitting member being capable of generating a magnetic force for attracting the magnetic member, and a charger. When the shutter comes into contact with the support plate, the shutter changes from a closed state to an open state, the movable bracket drives the battery pack to move away from the receiving cavity along the support plate by the magnetic force until the electrode connecting member is electrically connected to the charger. An electric vehicle automatic charging method is also provided.

    摘要: A positional stop device includes a base body, a lever, a driving element, and a retaining member. The lever is rotatablely arranged on the base body, a first end of the lever couples to the driving element, and a second end of the lever couples to the retaining member. The driving element is partially exposed out of the base body. The retaining member is moveablely received in the base body. When the slider of a pneumatic rodless cylinder slides along a first direction, the driving element is driven by the slider to move along a second direction and be fully received in the base body. The lever is driven by the driving element to rotate around the base body. The retaining member is driven by the lever to move along a third direction and to be partially exposed out of the base body to stops the slider from sliding.

The test pad includes conductive test zones, resistors, a first insulating zone, and a plurality of second insulating zones. Each resistor has a different resistance. Probe correction can be carried out according to the value of resistance read by a resistance measuring device which stores a correspondence table, and position of the probe adjusted accordingly.
