    摘要: A printed circuit board testing method includes determining a position of a robot at a predetermined time interval and determining whether the determined position of the robot is within a preset position range. The method determines whether one or more shielding boxes are open according to unique identifiers of the shielding boxes stored in a storage system when the determined position of the robot is within the preset position range. The method obtains a predetermined path of each determined open shielding box from the storage system when one or more shielding boxes are open. The method further determines a shortest predetermined path among the obtained predetermined paths, and transmits a control signal including the determined predetermined path to the robot.

    摘要: An exemplary printed circuit board testing method includes determining whether there is an open shielding box every a time interval. The method then transmits a first control signal including a first predetermined path to a robot when there is an open shielding box. Next, the method obtains an image captured by a camera and recognizes a unique identifier of a to-be-tested PCB in the obtained image. The method then determines a second predetermined path corresponding to the determined open shielding box, and transmits a second control signal comprising the determined second predetermined path to the robot. Next, the method closes the determined shielding box when a duration after transmitting the second control signal reaches a predetermined time, and controls a testing software to test the to-be-tested PCB, to generate a testing result corresponding to the unique identifier of the to-be-tested PCB.

The carrier tape includes a package surface and defines a number of receiving grooves in the package surface and arranged along a length direction of the carrier tape. The separation pads are received in the receiving grooves and fixed to bottom surfaces of the receiving grooves respectively. Each separation pad includes a separation surface opposite to a bottom surface of the corresponding receiving groove and a number of protrusions protruding up from the separation surface. The workpieces are respectively received in the receiving grooves. Each workpiece includes a main body and an adhesive layer positioned between the corresponding separation pad and the main body. The package tape is adhered to the package surface and seals the receiving grooves.

    摘要: Camera module with switchable light filters includes a lens module, a bearing rotating device, a visible light filter, and an infrared light filter. The bearing rotating device includes a rotating shaft, at least one guiding stick, and a bearing plate. The rotating bearing plate holds the two filters and defines an arcuated guiding slot. The circle center of the arcuated guiding slot is the rotating shaft. A visible light filter and an infrared light filter are switchable, their movement being governed by the guiding stick and the guiding slot, to respective alignment with an optical axis of the lens module. The camera module can rotate the bearing plate to switch the infrared filter for the visible filter where the acquisition of infrared light is required.
