    摘要: An autostereoscopic image apparatus for picking-up an autostereoscopic image and optically transmitting and displaying the autostereoscopic image. The autostereoscopic image apparatus is constructed by an assembly of a plurality of optical fibers each having an equal length and a lens function. The length of each of a plurality of optical fibers is equal to a length that is integer times as long as one period of an optical path in the optical fiber. The first edge surface of each of a plurality of optical fibers is located on the same plane and forms the first edge surface of the optical fiber assembly. The second edge surface of each of a plurality of optical fibers is located on the same plane and forms the second edge surface of the optical fiber assembly. An arrangement at the first edge surface of the optical fiber assembly at the edge surfaces of a plurality of optical fibers and an arrangement at the second edge surface are equal. An object is picked-up on the first edge surface side of the optical fiber assembly. The picked-up image is transmitted to the second edge surface of the optical fiber assembly and is displayed on the second edge surface side of the optical fiber assembly.

    摘要: Disclosed are an imaging device and a display device which both have a simple structure without any need of an image conversion. The imaging device includes a lens component group including multiple lens component systems, each of which focuses incident light from the object, thereby creating a non-inverted image of the object, the lens component systems being arranged in an array form and on the same level, and an image capturing mechanism for picking up the created image. In addition, each of the lens component systems includes an afocal optical system and an image-forming system. The afocal optical system includes at least one optical element for inverting an externally incident light ray relative to its optical axis and outputting the light ray. The optical element has uniform refractive index. The image-forming system includes at least one optical element having uniform refractive index throughout its interior.

When separating and reproducing the sync signals from a television signal transmitted through a transmission line, deviation of the reference phase can be eliminated so that the accuracy of the reproduced phase is improved. Therefore, the television synchronization system is preferably used in a high definition television system.

This circuit includes a reverse gamma controller, a contour compensation signal generator, and a calculator. The reverse gamma controller determines a standard channel from among the channels constituting the image signal, and obtains a liner standard channel from the standard channel by the reverse control. The contour compensation signal generator generates a contour compensation signal from the liner standard channel. The control signal generator computes a comparative value from the liner standard channel and the contour compensation signal, and generates a control signal based on a comparison between the comparative value and a threshold value. The calculator computes the contour-compensated signal based on the contour compensation and control signals, and the liner standard channel.

    摘要: An optical processing unit comprises a dichroic filter to filtrate a green-colored light off a white light, a polarizer to selects a certain linearly polarized light component from the filtrated green-color light and a dichroic mirror to resolve the light into two lights as the first light beam and the second light beam divided at a predetermined wave length, two beam splitters to change the propagation direction of the light beams, liquid crystal devices to reflect the light beams thereon, reflective image superimposing devices to superimpose image information in the reflection onto two image lights and a dichroic mirror to compose these two image lights into an identically single image light which directs toward a direction in a single optical axis. This invention can provide an optical process unit that realizes a high fidelity stereo image display system wherein the pixel-shifted image generation and the stereo image display are compatible.
