摘要: A control portion of an optical image pickup apparatus includes a scan driver, a lock-in amplifier, and an A/D converter. The scan driver outputs a predetermined drive signal to a Y-scanning mirror and an X-scanning mirror and scans the Y-scanning mirror and the X-scanning mirror. The lock-in amplifier detects a signal level Vout of a frequency component of the drive signal of the scan driver among signals detected by a detector portion. The A/D converter converts a signal detected by a detector portion and a signal level of the detected signal of a frequency component of a drive signal detected by the lock-in amplifier to digital signals and outputs the digital signals to an image processor. Thus, mirror scan operations of the scanning mirrors can be securely detected.

摘要: A lesion extracting device includes a light source for emitting an excitation light toward a subject body, a control unit for changing an amount of the excitation light, a light irradiating and receiving portion for irradiating the excitation light to the subject body and receiving fluorescence generated from the subject body, a distance holding member for holding a distance between the subject body and the light irradiating and receiving portion at a predetermined value, a measuring unit for measuring the intensity of the fluorescence received by the light irradiating and receiving portion, and an extracting unit for extracting a lesion part of the subject body based on relationships between measured values of changes in the fluorescence intensity with respect to changes in the amount of the excitation light and information regarding the changes in the amount of the excitation light, the information being obtained from the control unit.

摘要: An in-vivo information measurement apparatus having an insertion part; a light projection unit, provided at a tip of the insertion part, irradiates an examination site with intensity-modulated light which is intensity modulated at a first frequency; a light receiving unit receives return light from the examination site; an optical detector detects return light; an in-vivo information calculation unit calculates in-vivo information for the examination site based on a phase shift between a modulated detection signal, a detection signal from the optical detector is modulated at a second frequency, and a reference signal having a difference frequency equal to the difference between the first frequency and the second frequency; and a position moving mechanism moves at least one of a position at which the intensity-modulated light is emitted by the light projection unit and the position at which the return light is incident on the light receiving unit.

摘要: A control portion of an optical image pickup apparatus includes a scan driver, a lock-in amplifier, and an A/D converter. The scan driver outputs a predetermined drive signal to a Y-scanning mirror and an X-scanning mirror and scans the Y-scanning mirror and the X-scanning mirror. The lock-in amplifier detects a signal level Vout of a frequency component of the drive signal of the scan driver among signals detected by a detector portion.
