    摘要: Insulating materials are provided, the insulating materials comprising a nonwoven web comprising a plurality of continuous spunbonded polyester bicomponent fibers. Each of the plurality of bicomponent fibers comprises a) from about 20% by weight to about 80% by weight of poly(ethylene terephthalate) in a core, and b) from about 80% by weight to about 20% by weight of poly(trimethylene terephathalate) in a sheath surrounding the core, wherein the amounts in percent by weight are based on the total weight of each of the plurality of bicomponent fibers. Also provided are electrical apparatuses comprising the insulating materials and a dielectric fluid, as well as a dielectric material comprising the nonwoven web impregnated with at least 10 weight percent of a dielectric fluid.

    摘要: Moulding equipment in which cooperable male and female connectors of a mould and a dispensing container for mouldable material have means to lock them together. This includes a locking member which is manually moveable in pivotal fashion upon one connector into and out of a locking position with the other connector.Opposing surfaces of the locking member and the other connector relatively move across each other during movement of the locking member while offering sufficiently low resistance to movement to allow for manual operation. During transfer of the material into the mould, the opposing surfaces are urged together by moulding pressure to increase resistance to movement of the locking member out of the locking position. In preferred constructions, the locking member has a cam surface which ensures the need for a progressively increasing unlocking force to enable release of the locking member during transfer of the mouldable material.

    摘要: A novel method and apparatus for forming stabilizer bars for engine driven land vehicles starting from tubular or rod steel stock material to provide predetermined shapes which are hardened by heat treating, forming and quenching into permanent forms. The method comprises of heating bar ends end forging in forging presses so that one the eyed ends after heating to 1150.degree.-1240.degree. C. for forging and piercing is formed. The same series of heating, forging and piercing steps are carried out at the other end to thereby provide a new strengthened eyehole structure at each end. The bar is then heated and formed on a forming table. The heating is carried out at 870.degree.-910.degree. C. and the bending on the forming table is carried out. A drain aperture is pierced in the side of the tubular stock to drain the quenching oil which enters the tube during quenching after forming the stabilizer bar. The novel forming board is provided with twelve cylinders. The formed bar with the end eyeholes and aperture is then submerge quenched in quenching oil. Thereafter the oil is removed and tempering process is carried out in order to assure and control the transformation of martensite into tempered martensite. Modified end forms are disclosed including a swaged form and one with end inserts at each end.
