Abstract:
A sample retaining member insertion-removal mechanism is configured so that a receiver is driven to an advance position by a receiver driving unit to project out through an opening of a stage so that a receiving surface makes a downward slope toward a receiving surface positioning portion. Because of this, the sample retaining member insertion-removal mechanism can position the sample retaining member by the receiving surface positioning portion through the use of the downward slope of the receiving surface by simply placing the sample retaining member on the receiving surface. After the positioning by the receiving surface positioning portion, the receiver is driven to a retraction position by the receiver driving unit, whereby the sample retaining member is transferred from the receiver to the stage.
Abstract:
An image acquisition device includes a cassette mounting unit in which a cassette is detachably mounted, the cassette holding the slide glasses in a plurality of stages in a predetermined arrangement direction, a light source that emits inspection light toward the cassette, a scanning unit that performs scanning with the inspection light in the arrangement direction, a light reflection unit that is disposed on the back surface side of the cassette and reflects the inspection light emitted from the light source, a light detection unit that detects reflected light including the inspection light reflected by at least one of the light reflection unit, the cassette, and the slide glass, and outputs a detection signal, and an information generation unit that generates holding information on a holding position and/or a holding state of the slide glass held in the cassette on the basis of the detection signal.
Abstract:
This image acquisition device comprises: a specimen stage on which a specimen as a target of image acquisition is to be mounted; a micro-use light source having a light emitting device and a heat dissipator for dissipating heat generated by the light emitting device, and emitting light to the specimen; an objective arranged so as to be opposed to the specimen on the stage, as a light-guide optical system for guiding an optical image of the specimen; a micro image acquisition unit configured to capture the optical image of the specimen thus guided; and a micro-use light source controller configured to control the light emitting device so as to implement the emission of light by the micro-use light source, during a standby period between image acquisition periods of capturing optical images of a plurality of specimens.
