    摘要: The present invention is directed to supported catalyst having utility in the polymerization and co-polymerization of epoxide monomers, said supported catalyst having the general Formula (I): [DMCC]*b Supp  (I) wherein: [DMCC] denotes a double metal cyanide complex which comprises a double metal cyanide (DMC) compound, at least one organic complexing agent and a metal salt; Supp denotes a hydrophobic support material; and, b represents the average proportion by weight of said support material, based on the total weight of [DMCC] and Supp, and is preferably in the range 1 wt. %≤b≤99 wt. %.

    摘要: The invention relates to a curable composition comprising: a) at least one polymer having at least one silicon-containing group of formula —Si(R1)k(Y)3-k as defined herein; b) at least one titanium compound of formula Ti(L)n(NX2)m or Ti(R3)(L)3, where each X is independently a hydrogen atom, a hydrocarbon radical containing 1 to 20 C atoms, which may optionally contain one or more heteroatoms, in particular nitrogen atoms, or a silicon-containing organic group, or two X together with the nitrogen atom to which they are bound form a heterocyclic ring; each L is independently a hydrolyzable oxygen- or nitrogen-containing organic group, in particular an alkoxy group; R3 is a hydrocarbon radical containing 1 to 20 C atoms, which may optionally contain one or more heteroatoms, in particular silicon atoms; and m is 1, 2, 3, or 4 and and n is 0, 1, 2, or 3, where m+n=4; and c) optionally at least one compound which has a hydrolyzable silicon-containing group and a molecular weight in the range of 100 to 1000 g/mol, preparations containing these compositions and use thereof.

    摘要: The invention relates to a catalyst for catalysing the polymerisation of epoxides, and which is to be improved such that it allows a more efficient reaction to be carried out. This is achieved by providing a catalyst obtainable by mixing a) at least one double metal cyanide compound, b) at least one organic complexing agent, and c) at least one primary alcohol with 6 to 24 C atoms. In addition, the invention relates to a method for the polymerisation of epoxides, and to the use of the claimed catalyst for the polymerisation of epoxides and the copolymerisation of epoxides with carbon dioxide.
