Abstract: In an embodiment a video recording method includes enabling, by an electronic device, a video recording function, after detecting a video recording operation of a user and a slow-motion triggering, displaying, by the electronic device, candidate image frames on a frame selection interface, wherein the candidate image frames comprise a plurality of frames of images, obtaining, by the electronic device, a start frame and an end frame that are set by the user based on the candidate image frames and generating, by the electronic device, a target video, wherein the target video comprises a slow-motion video clip, the slow-motion video clip corresponding to the start frame and the end frame, and wherein a video recording frame rate of the slow-motion video clip is higher than an encoding frame rate of the slow-motion video clip.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method for generating an image using an electronic device having a color camera, comprising: activating the color camera and a camera application on the electronic device; displaying, through the camera application, a preview image generated by the color camera; determining, automatically, whether the preview image includes an image of a first object; displaying, through the camera application in response to a determination that the preview image includes the image of the first object, a first image generated by the color camera, the first image including a color region corresponding to the first object and a gray scale region corresponding to objects that are not the first object; and displaying, through the camera application in response to a determine that the preview image does not include any image of the first object, a second image generated by the color camera, the second image is a grayscale image.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus may be used for positioning a terminal device. Positioning measurement information for a terminal device is obtained by using a measurement apparatus on the terminal device side and/or an access node side, where the positioning measurement information is multipath positioning measurement information that is based on a single access node, and includes positioning measurement information of a main path and at least one reflection path that are based on the single access node, or positioning measurement information for at least two reflection paths. The measurement apparatus on the terminal device side and/or the access node side reports the positioning measurement information to a positioning function entity in a network, so that the positioning function entity can perform location estimation on the terminal device based on the positioning measurement information, to position the terminal device.

Abstract: A high electron mobility transistor, a radio frequency transistor, and a preparation method for a high electron mobility transistor, and relates to the field of microelectronics technologies, to resolve a technical problem of poor performance of a high electron mobility transistor with a nitrogen surface. The high electron mobility transistor includes a channel layer, a barrier layer, and a substrate layer. A surface that is of the channel layer and that is in contact with the barrier layer has a two-dimensional electron gas layer. The high electron mobility transistor further includes a source and a drain. The source and the drain are located on the channel layer, and the source and the drain are in ohmic contact with the channel layer. The high electron mobility transistor can implement a low ohmic contact resistance and can be better used in a high frequency and power scenario.

In this manner, a plurality of video clips obtained in various camera movement modes may be synthesized into a video configured with audio.
