摘要: An antenna device includes a plurality of dipole antennas and a port. Each of the dipole antennas is connected to the port. The plurality of dipole antennas is arranged around the port. Each of the plurality of dipole antennas includes two ends. The ends of the dipole antennas are arranged in a plurality of pairs. Each pair includes one end of one of the dipole antennas and one end of another one of the dipole antennas. The two ends in each pair are arranged in proximity to each other. One or more switches are configured to switch between (1) an omnidirectional state, in which the ends of the dipole antennas are not connected to each other; and (2) a directional state, in which the two ends in each of one or more of the pairs are connected to each other.

摘要: An antenna for a wireless communication device, such as a Wi-Fi access point is provided. The antenna includes an electrically conductive radiation structure including a plurality of radially extending radiation slots, each of which has an open outer end at a perimeter of the electrically conductive radiation structure and defines a respective radiation portion of the electrically conductive radiation structure. The antenna includes a feeding network configured to feed an RF signal to the electrically conductive radiation structure, the feeding network includes a plurality of feeding arms configured to feed the RF signal into each radiation portion of the electrically conductive radiation structure for exciting each radiation portion to emit electromagnetic waves. The antenna includes a grounding structure including an electrically conductive grounding surface, which is spaced from and faces each radiation portion of the electrically conductive radiation structure for guiding the electromagnetic waves emitted by each radiation portion.

In this application, a decoupling resonator is connected to a first antenna, and a resonance frequency of the decoupling resonator is within an operating frequency band of a second antenna, so that the decoupling resonator can resonate within the operating frequency band of the second antenna. The decoupling resonator reduces coupling between the first antenna and the second antenna, and isolation between the first antenna and the second antenna is improved.

摘要: The application provides an antenna and a communications device, and pertains to the field of antenna technologies. The antenna includes a horizontally polarized antenna and a vertically polarized antenna that are disposed in a superposition manner. The horizontally polarized antenna includes a metal sheet, and the metal sheet can be separately connected to a double-sided parallel strip line in the horizontally polarized antenna and a first conductor of a coaxial cable. A diameter of a maximum inscribed circle of the metal sheet is greater than a line width of the double-sided parallel strip line, and both the metal sheet and the coaxial cable are located on a first side of a substrate. Therefore, the metal sheet can effectively suppress an induced current in the coaxial cable, and impact of the induced current on the vertically polarized antenna can be reduced.

摘要: A dual-band antenna, a wireless local area network (WLAN) device, and a method for manufacturing a dual-band antenna, where the dual-band antenna includes a conductive plane, a smooth curved-surface assembly joined onto the conductive plane, and a feed pin connected to the smooth curved-surface assembly. The conductive plane is configured to function as a first antenna, for receiving and sending a radio frequency signal of a first frequency band, and the smooth curved-surface assembly is configured to function as a second antenna, for receiving and sending a radio frequency signal of a second frequency band. Hence, a curved surface of a surface of the curved-surface assembly that is used as the second antenna transits smoothly. Therefore, a current is distributed relatively evenly, and radiation efficiency is relatively high.

A length range of the double-sided parallel strip line is 0.58 to 1.35 times a waveguide wavelength of an electromagnetic wave in the double-sided parallel strip line at an operating frequency of the vertical polarization antenna.
