    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for transmitting uplink information, the method including configuring, by a base station, a flexible subframe for a user equipment (UE), where the flexible subframe is a subframe in which the base station is configured to receive or transmit data according to a time division duplex (TDD) uplink-downlink subframe configuration of the subframe, and sending, by the base station, resource configuration indication information and subframe configuration indication information to the UE, where the resource configuration indication information indicates the flexible subframe and a subframe direction to which the flexible subframe currently needs to be applied, where the subframe direction is a direction of transmission with respect to the base station, and where the subframe configuration indication information instructs the UE to transmit uplink information according to the subframe configuration indication information.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and device for maintaining service continuity. The method for maintaining service continuity includes: receiving, by a base station, a first notification, which is sent by an MCE, for stopping scheduling of an MBMS service; and notifying, by the base station, user equipment of MBMS service scheduling stop information, and continuing to schedule the MBMS service. In this way, a service interruption time that is caused when UE receives a service after an MCE stops scheduling of the service can be effectively reduced.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a communication method includes: determining, by a base station, radio frame configuration information; sending, by the base station, the determined radio frame configuration information to user equipment UE, where the radio frame configuration information is used to instruct the UE to set at least one of N consecutive downlink subframes of one radio frame as a first subframe, and/or the radio frame configuration information is used to instruct the UE to set at least one of M consecutive uplink subframes of one radio frame as a second subframe, where the first subframe is used for uplink service transmission, the second subframe is used for downlink service transmission, and N and M are positive integers not less than 2; and communicating, by the base station, with the UE by using a radio frame configured according to the radio frame configuration information.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide an apparatus and a method for determining a transmission direction of a secondary carrier. A reference carrier of a first secondary carrier is obtained according to network configuration information, and a transmission direction of a subframe on the first secondary carrier is determined according to a transmission direction of a subframe on the reference carrier, so that data transmission directions of the reference carrier and the first secondary carrier are the same at a same moment. A transmission direction of data of the subframes on the first secondary carrier transmitted in a frequency band adjacent to a frequency band of the reference carrier is determined by using the reference carrier, thereby avoiding interference occurring when the adjacent frequency bands simultaneously transmit data of different directions.
