摘要: A thermal management system includes: a first radiator, a first electric water pump, and a first coolant line configured to allow a coolant to be circulated by the first electric water pump; a second radiator, a second electric water pump, and a second coolant line configured to allow a coolant to be circulated by the second electric water pump; and a first flow control device and a second flow control device installed at front ends and rear ends of the first radiator and the second radiator so as to control a coolant flow direction between the first coolant line, the second coolant line, and a third coolant line. The third coolant line is installed so as to connect the first flow control device and the second flow control device to each other.

The integrated reservoir tank assembly for a vehicle includes an integrated reservoir tank in which an inner space is partitioned into a first chamber configured to store cooling water of a first cooling circuit and a second chamber configured to store cooling water of a second cooling circuit by a partition wall; a first electric water pump integrally coupled to the first chamber of the integrated reservoir tank and configured to transmit the cooling water stored in the first chamber along a cooling water line of the first cooling circuit; and a second electric water pump integrally coupled to the second chamber of the integrated reservoir tank and configured to transmit the cooling water stored in the second chamber along a cooling water line of the second cooling circuit.

摘要: Proposed is a slim-type heat management system for an electric vehicle, wherein implementation of various heat management modes may be easily accomplished by using a minimum number of parts including two three-way expansion valves and the like, wherein the various heat management modes include a heat pump dehumidification mode, a dehumidification max mode, and the like, which are for defogging, in addition to an indoor cooling mode, a battery cooling mode, and a heat pump mode for heating. Accordingly, the system is capable of being usefully applied to an electric vehicle being small and an electric vehicle having priority of profitability over performance.

摘要: A double 6-way valve for a vehicle cooling system provides various modes, reduces the number of parts of the cooling system, and improves packaging, compared to a conventional cooling system. The double 6-way valve includes: an upper housing including a plurality of upper nipples disposed at equal intervals on an outer circumference surface thereof; a lower housing stacked under the upper housing and including a plurality of lower nipples disposed at equal intervals on an outer circumference surface thereof; an upper hub rotatably mounted within the upper housing; a lower hub rotatably mounted within the lower housing and stacked under the upper hub; and a driving apparatus to rotate the upper hub and the lower hub.
