    摘要: The monitor is spaced a small distance from the curved path of the travelling thread to sense defects in the thread. In one embodiment, the monitoring means is spaced from the winding surface of a chuck to sense broken threads or an accurate build-up of the thread package. The monitoring means includes a detector head with a charge collector rod for sensing changes in electrical potential of the rod due to contact with a travelling thread part. The monitoring means can be moved away from the chuck to maintain a constant distance from the thread package being wound on a bobbin tube on the chuck.

    摘要: The controlled magnetic bearing arrangement supports a rotatable shaft and contains an electronic control circuit. The shaft is floatingly supported in the bearing arrangement by magnets controlled by the electronic control circuit and the stiffness of the shaft is thereby adjustable. The shaft may constitute a package support shaft in a winding device of a spinning machine and has a free end for permitting the axial exchange of bobbin tubes and packages. This arrangement provides the advantages of attaining very high rotational speeds for the package support shaft and the possibility of varying the stiffness of such package support shaft and thus the critical rotational speeds. The regions of the critical rotational speeds can be passed through in a safe manner.

    摘要: The apparatus for introducing a yarn or the like into the yarn catch slot of an empty bobbin tube during the changeover operation from a full bobbin to an empty bobbin at an automatic yarn winder, comprises a yarn deflector, formed of sheet metal for instance, which is provided with cutouts. Each cutout serves for deflecting an associated yarn out of an imaginary plane extending through a yarn ridge. In order to ensure that the yarn, which is still arriving at the yarn ridge of the full bobbin during the changeover operation can be infed within the imaginary plane through the yarn ridge and at the same time can extend in the plane through the yarn catch slot, the yarn is pulled by a displaceable yarn entrainment member over a curved portion of the associated cutout and deviated or deflected at the associated yarn entrainment hook.

    摘要: The filling device houses a compressor which is connected via a suction line comprising an inlet shut-off valve to a source of gaseous fuel, and is adapted to be connected to a gaseous-fuel container via a supply line equipped with a pressure-limiting valve and a discharge valve. The inlet valve and the discharge valve are connected to a control device which together with the pressure-limiting valve, the discharge valve and, if required, the inlet valve is disposed in a pressure-resistant casing connected to a discharge line leading away from the device. The control device is adapted to be influenced in dependence on control signals from a temperature sensor detecting the environmental temperature, a pressure sensor detecting the pressure at which the compressor is supplied, and a pressure-difference sensor disposed in front of the inlet valve and detecting the difference between the pressure in the suction line and in the casing. This device enables the supply pressure to be automatically adapted to the environmental temperature, and prevents uncontrolled escape to gaseous fuel near the filling device.

    摘要: A refuelling equipment (7) may be connected via an adjustable loading valve (30) to three groups of intermediate stores (4, 5, 6) in which natural gas is stored at different storage pressures. The loading valve (30) contains three inlets, each of which is connected via a feedline (13a, 14a or 15a respectively) to one of the intermediate stores (4, 5 or 6 respectively), and one outlet which is connected via an outlet line (24) to the refuelling equipment (7). The loading valve (30) further contains a cyclically adjustable valve body (31) which may be switched respectively from a first blocking position blocking all of the inlets, into a first flow position connecting the supply line (13a) to the outlet line (24), past a second blocking position into a second flow position connecting the supply line (14a) to the outlet line (24) and past a third blocking position into a third flow position connecting the supply line (15a) to the outlet line (24) and finally in the same direction of rotation back into the first blocking position. During each refuelling process the refuelling equipment (7) is accordingly directly connected first to the intermediate store at the lowest storage pressure, then to the intermediate store (5) at the middle storage pressure and finally to the intermediate store (6) at the highest storage pressure.

At least one temperature sensor and one pressure sensor deliver measured values to the control unit, which has stored set values which are adapted to the changing environmental and operating conditions. When actual values deviate from their set values, the operating state of the gas refuelling device is altered. The operating states are selected such that the device closes down if there are serious incorrect manipulations or components fail and can only be made ready for operation again with auxiliary devices.
