摘要: A system for filling an LPG vehicle with LPG using an auxiliary bombe is provided. The system may be configured for easily filling a main bombe with LPG even in the hot season (summertime) or the like during which the outside temperature rapidly rises, by using an auxiliary bombe in addition to using the main bombe. The system may also be capable of always smoothly refilling the main bombe with LPG by moving a portion of the LPG in the main bombe to the auxiliary bombe, when the pressure in the main bombe is higher than the LPG filling pressure of a filling gun in the hot season during which the outside temperature rapidly rises, so that the pressure in the main bombe becomes lower than the filling pressure.

摘要: According to one or more aspects, systems and techniques for hydrogen fueling with integrity checks are provided herein. Communicated parameters measured by on-board sensors of a vehicle may be cross-referenced against calculated parameters measured by sensors of a fueling station. For example, communicated parameters relating to a compressed hydrogen storage system (CHSS) tank of a vehicle to be fueled may be received at different time intervals. Calculated parameters may be calculated based on a mass of hydrogen fuel dispensed by a hydrogen fueling station from a reference point to one of the time intervals and densities of the CHSS tank of the vehicle at respective time intervals. An error may be calculated between the communicated parameters and the calculated parameters. A fueling mode, such as a conservative fueling mode or a non-conservative fueling mode, may be determined based on the calculated error.

摘要: A method is provided for verifying integrity of a recirculation valve in a recirculation line of an LNG dispenser. The method includes: closing the recirculation valve and a fill valve in a supply line that supplies LNG; monitoring a mass of the LNG flowing through the recirculation line to ensure that the mass flowing therethrough is less than an acceptable threshold; and aborting any pending sales if the mass of the LNG flowing therethrough is not less than the acceptable threshold. According to another embodiment, a method is provided for verifying integrity of a vent valve in an LNG dispenser. The method includes: closing the vent valve and opening a fill valve in a supply line that supplies LNG; monitoring the pressure of the LNG within the fill hose to ensure that the pressure remains steady; and aborting any pending sales if the pressure does not remain steady.

摘要: To provide a gas filling apparatus with high handleability and safety. A gas filling apparatus including: a filling mechanism for carrying a gas through gas carrying pipes while measuring flow rate of the gas from a gas supply source (accumulator); a filling hose connected to the gas carrying pipe and having a filling nozzle at an end of the filling hose; and an attachment sensor (nozzle attachment detecting portion) for outputting a detection signal after detecting that the filling nozzle is attached to a filling port of an in-vehicle tank, wherein filling gas to the in-vehicle tank by the filling mechanism becomes possible after the detection signal is inputted to the filling mechanism from the attachment sensor. The gas filling apparatus may further include: a pressure gauge for measuring a pressure in the in-vehicle tank; a thermometer for measuring ambient temperature; and a target pressure calculating means (comparing means) for calculating a pressure in the in-vehicle tank when filling up the in-vehicle tank or filling preset amount of the gas is finished before filling gas to the in-vehicle tank based on a capacity of the in-vehicle tank and the measured pressure in the in-vehicle tank and the measured ambient temperature; wherein the filling mechanism stops carrying the gas to the in-vehicle tank when the pressure in the in-vehicle tank reaches the target pressure.

摘要: A fuel dispenser system is provided including a partition part to separate a fuel dispensing unit from at least one electrically powered component. The partition part can be configured and arranged to seal the at least one electrically powered component from exposure to gas vapors emitted from the fuel dispensing unit. The fuel dispenser unit can include a fuel dispensing nozzle and a hydraulic component. The system can include additional fuel dispensing units. The fuel dispensing nozzle can be configured to dispense CNG, and the additional fuel dispensing nozzle can be configured to dispense CNG or another type of fuel. The at least one electrically powered component may include a transaction terminal.
