    摘要: The invention relates to a gearing mechanism (1) that serves particularly as a worm gear for assemblies for outside force activated adjustment of elements of a motor vehicle, comprising a housing component (9) and a shaft (2) mounted in the housing component (9). The shaft (2) is driven rotating relative to the housing component (9) with regard to a rotation axis (8) in a first rotation direction (11) and in a second rotation direction (12) opposite the first rotation direction (11). There is also a wrap element (15) that wraps the shaft (2) multiple times. The wrap element (15) is designed as a spring-elastic wrap element (15). A first end (19) of the wrap element (15) is fastened in a stationary manner to the housing component (9). This can achieve a self-locking of the shaft (2) dependent on the rotation direction. It is also possible that an inward oriented friction surface (31) is provided and that the wrap element (15) is arranged within the inward oriented friction surface (31) at least in sections in order to interact with the friction surface (31). This can likewise achieve a self-locking of the shaft (2) dependent on the rotation direction. There is another design variant in that a brake element (41) is provided, the shaft (2) comprises a brake element receptacle (42) that at least partially accommodates the brake element (41) and a contact surface (43) is allocated to the brake element (41) for interacting with the brake element (41). A rotation direction independent self-locking of the shaft (2) can be likewise thus attained by the interaction of the brake element (41) with the contact surface (43).

    摘要: A gearing mechanism includes a housing component and a shaft mounted in the housing component. The shaft is driven rotating relative to the housing component with regard to a rotation axis in a first rotation direction and in a second rotation direction opposite the first rotation direction. There is also a wrap element that wraps the shaft multiple times. A first end of the wrap element is fastened to the housing component. It is also possible that an inward oriented friction surface is provided and that the wrap element is arranged within the inward oriented friction surface at least in sections in order to interact with the friction surface. In an alternative embodiment, a brake element is provided, the shaft comprises a brake element receptacle that at least partially accommodates the brake element and a contact surface is allocated to the brake element for interacting with the brake element.

    摘要: A grid-shaped grate for carrying randomly poured particles or filler bodies in mass transfer columns. Each grate comprises of a plurality of grid walls defining openings for receiving the particles or filler bodies, the openings being smaller in size than the particles or filler bodies. The grate is provided at each intersection of the grid walls with spacers which are equally spaced one from another at a distance which is approximately equal to the width of each grid opening. The height of each spacer is approximately equal in size to at least one half of a particle or filler body size, so as to prevent the particles or filler bodies from closing the grid openings.

To be able to make such a vibratory grinder usable for rough as well as fine abrader work by simply changing the eccentric stroke of the abrading plate, the eccentric drive member is driven by means of an eccentric pin which is likewise mounted eccentrically with respect to the axis of the armature shaft and the armature shaft is pivotal relative to the eccentric drive member and its compensating weight, with the angle of rotation between the armature shaft and the eccentric drive member in both directions being limited to 180.degree. by corresponding abutments at the armature shaft and at the eccentric drive member, and an additional compensating weight is associated with the compensating weight of the eccentric drive member, with this additional compensating weight likewise being rotatable about 180.degree. relative to the compensating weight.

    摘要: This invention relates to a packing element for use in mass transfer or heat transfer columns in which gas and/or liquid streams are conducted, particularly in opposing streams, such as are used in distillation, rectification and absorption towers. It is desired to provide such packing elements which can be manufactured at low cost and which can be assembled to form a packing that has a higher effectiveness and involves a smaller pressure loss. This is accomplished in that the plates are formed with through slits, which are preferably parallel to each other and staggered in length and are spaced apart throughout their length so that laterally adjacent slits define bridgelike lands. Such slits act as capillaries so that a droplet impinging on the plate at a slit will spread along the slit and the plate will thus be wetted on a larger area.
