    摘要: A process for producing a conjugated diene polymer composition, which comprises of polymerizing a conjugated diene compound or a conjugated diene compound and an aromatic vinyl compound in a hydrocarbon solvent in the presence of at least one compound selected from the group consisting of organoalkali metals and organoalkaline earth metals as an initiator and then reacting the active end of the resulting polymer with a low molecular compound represented by the following formula (1) or the following formula (2): (wherein in the formula (1), R1 represents an organic group containing an N atom not adjacent to the N atom of the aminosilyl group and having a molecular weight not greater than 1000, R2 represents a C1-10 hydrocarbon group or a C1-10 hydrocarbon group having no active hydrogen and substituted with an Si, O, N or S atom, R3 and R4 each independently represents a C1-20 alkyl group or aryl group, R5, R6, and R7 each represents a C1-20 alkyl group or aryl group or a C1-12 alkoxy group and g stands for an integer from 1 to 3, and in the formula (2), R8 and R9 each represents a C1-10 hydrocarbon group, a C1-10 hydrocarbon group having no active hydrogen and substituted with an Si, O, N or S atom, or an organic group containing an N atom not adjacent to the N atom of an aminosilyl group and having a molecular weight not greater than 1000, and R3, R4, R5, R6, R7 and g have the same meanings as defined in the formula (1)).

    摘要: Disclosed is a vulcanizable, fluorine-containing elastomer composition comprising (a) a vulcanizable, fluorine-containing elastomer, (b) a polyol vulcanizing agent comprising a polyol compound as a crosslinking agent, and (c) an aliphatic amine compound represented by the formula: R.sub..alpha. NH.sub..beta. wherein R represents an alkyl group, .alpha. represents an integer of from 1 to 3, and .beta. represents 3 minus .alpha.. The vulcanizable, fluorine-containing elastomer composition of the present invention is capable of providing a vulcanization product having not only excellent tensile properties, resistance to heat and oils, and sealability at high temperatures which are comparable to those of vulcanization products of conventional fluorine-containing elastomer compositions, but also having a remarkably improved compression set resistance which has not conventionally been achieved, and the elastomer composition per se is remarkably improved with respect to mold release properties, flowability, roll processability, and workability in vulcanization molding, particularly in vulcanization molding by injection.

    摘要: The invention relates to: a modified rubber having a specific structure modified with a compound having two or more epoxy groups in the molecule; and a process for producing a modified rubber which includes copolymerizing a vinylaromatic hydrocarbon and a conjugated diene by the solution polymerization method using an organolithium as an initiator and modifying the resultant copolymer with a compound having two or more epoxy groups in the molecule. The invention further relates to a modified-rubber composition obtained by compounding a raw rubber containing the modified rubber with silica, and to rubber vibration isolators and a footwear article each obtained from the modified-rubber composition.

    摘要: A heat stabilized block copolymer composition which comprises a block copolymer comprising a polymer block mainly composed of a monoalkenyl aromatic compound and a polymer block mainly composed of a conjugated diene compound, the content of the monoalkenyl aromatic compound being 5-95% by weight based on the total weight of the block copolymer, and phenolic stabilizers. By adding two or more specific phenolic stabilizers to a block copolymer of a monoalkenyl aromatic compound and a conjugated diene compound, there can be obtained a block copolymer composition which exhibits excellent heat stability even under being heated at high temperatures, is high in the effect of being inhibited from formation of gel-like materials and is excellent in color tone.
