    摘要: A swash plate (3) incorporated in a swash plate type compressor and comprising a boss (10) typically formed of aluminum material, which is fixedly secured on a drive shaft (2), and a swash plate assembly (11) extending obliquely from the boss (10), which assembly comprises a pair of front and rear contact plates (12) made of iron and brought into contact with a pair of shoes (6) which are accommodated in recesses (15a) of a piston (5), a connecting member (13) made of iron rigidly connecting the pair of contact plates (12), and a filler (14) made of aluminum material which completely fills the internal spaced formed between the contact plates (12). According to this structure, the change of the distance between recesses (15a) for accommodating the shoes (6) due to the expansion or shrinkage of the piston (5) is compensated by the change of the thickness of the plate assembly (11), whereby the shoe clearance is always kept constant even during a high speed operation of the compressor or in an operation in a low temperature atmosphere, while the slidability of the shoe (6) against the contact plate (12) is maintained at the same level.

    摘要: An improvement of a piston type compressor is disclosed. The compressor has a cylinder block that includes a plurality of cylinder bores and a plurality of suction passages. Each of the suction passages extends through the cylinder block to connect a crank chamber with a suction chamber. The suction chamber is connected with the cylinder bores via a plurality of suction ports located in association with the cylinder bores. Each cylinder bore accommodating a piston that moves therein to circulate gas between the compressor and an external gas circuit. The gas introduced into the crank chamber from the external gas circuit is supplied to the suction chamber through each suction passage and is supplied from the suction chamber to each cylinder bore through an associated suction port. The suction passages are smaller in number than the cylinder bores. The suction ports are disposed in the vicinity of an opening of the suction passages.

    摘要: A compressor having a housing formed by joining a plurality of housing components. A plurality of muffler elements are formed integrally with the housing components along the periphery of the housing. A muffler chamber is defined in the housing by coupling the housing components to one another. A large volume chamber and a small volume chamber are defined in the muffler chamber and connected to each other. An inlet is provided in at least one of the muffler elements for drawing the gas in the discharge chamber into the large volume chamber. An outlet is provided in the muffler elements for discharging the gas in the small volume chamber into the external circuit. The arrangement and construction of the housing is such that the pressure pulses in the discharge gas are reduced, and thus vibration and noise are reduced.

    摘要: A compressor includes a housing body and a drive shaft rotatably supported in the housing body. A drive plate is mounted on the drive shaft. Cylinder bores are defined in the housing body. Pistons are operably coupled to the drive plate and are disposed in the cylinder bores. The drive plate converts rotation of the drive shaft to reciprocating movement of the pistons in the cylinder bores. Each piston compresses gas supplied from a suction chamber to the associated cylinder bore and discharges the compressed gas to a discharge chamber. Force to minimize displacement of the drive shaft in the axial direction thereof adjusts in accordance with at least one of pressure in the discharge chamber and a rotation speed of the drive shaft.
