    摘要: The present invention is about the emergency position indicating device using RCS. As the present invention is to solve problems finding out the locations of victims in emergency, it allows easily to find the location of victims immediately in day/night time or even in bad weather, and exceeds the weak points of EPIRB that have 4 miles of the error range and is not applicable for individual portables, and Cyalume Lightstick that have a limit for the indication range. As floating it on the air (10˜30 m) for a long time after injecting the lighter gas than air into the balloon type equipment that contains the reflection body covered (coated) by the metal film of Dihedral or Tri-hedralal structure of which can maximize RCS, it has the characteristic to notify the locations of victims effectively by strongly reflecting the radar wave from a sailing or searching radar of adjacent ships or the rescue. Since the present invention have advantages that the locations of victims can be easily found in day/night time or marine conditions, even from a long distance, it is much effective to improve the saving rate and the surviving rate of victims in emergency.

    摘要: A modular RCS (Radar Cross Section) and IR (Infra-Red) signal generation device includes: a plastic bag which is normally stored in a folded state, and inflated when gas is introduced into the bag as desired; a radar reflector received in the plastic bag, the radar reflector being configured in a multi-hedral reflector structure having a reflection characteristic similar to that of a naval vessel to be protected; hot air tubes formed through the plastic bag, hot air being capable of generating IR signals by flowing through the hot air tubes; and connection patches positioned on one of the surfaces of the plastic bag at the points where the ends of the hot air tubes intersect with the surfaces, respectively, the connection patches being adapted to be attached to those of adjacent modular RCS and IR signal generation devices, respectively, so as to interconnect the hot air tubes with those of the adjacent modular RCS and IR signal generation devices.

    摘要: Disclosed is an active emergency control system capable of guiding passengers to a safe evacuation route from an accident occurring area, controlling access to the accident area, and rescuing the isolated or trapped passengers using a real time location recognition and sensor network technology when an accident such as a fire, flooding, explosion, collapse or overturning occurs in a large structure like a cruise ship having complicated interiors. The inventive system is a core technology that is capable of preventing a situation leading to a large scale disaster due to the lack of recognition of proper evacuation route and evacuation procedure thereof in case of an accident, and is then expected to contribute to the control of an emergency situation and protect and save the lives of people. Further, the present invention offers advantages that it can be easily reduced into practice by establishing a system and its application through the incorporation with a conventional emergency control system as well as adopting commercialized technology already in use.
