摘要: An onboard lift for lifting a boat such as a pontoon boat includes legs that have one end pivotally attached to a bottom substantially horizontal surface of a boat deck. The legs are typically continuous substantially imperforate tubes throughout essentially the entire length. The lower ends of the legs carry support feet or pads. One end of an actuator attaches to an outer side of one of the tubular legs and another end of the actuator is attached to a bottom substantially horizontal bottom surface of the boat deck. The actuators are manipulated to pivot each of the legs between a retracted or stowed position where the legs are substantially parallel to the bottom substantially horizontal surface of the boat deck and a working or lifting position where a pad or foot engages the bottom of the body of water and as the legs are further pivoted downwardly, the boat is lifted upward and out of the water.

摘要: A float accessory for land vehicles has a front rack portion and a rear rack portion. Both rack portions are mechanically fastened to a frame assembly which is itself attached to a vehicle frame. The front rack portion is connected to the frame assembly, and the front rack portion and the rear rack portion have two sides wherein each side has a lifting arm rotationally attached thereto by way of a pivot member. The lifting arms are secured in their lowered configuration by way of a latch and catch combination. The lifting arms are also locked in their upper configuration and intermediate configurations by way of a perforated disc cooperating with a spring lock pin.

摘要: For a self-powered marine lifting vessel or catamaran having static buoyancy, a working deck is forcibly raised or lowered by flexing or extending each of a plurality of articulated pairs of fixedly mounted support beams connecting each hull and the deck. One version uses locally applied forces at the joints from adjacent hydraulic cylinders, incidentally causing the hulls to rotate about their axes. Another version forces the hulls to rotate axially from a non-rotating aft inter-hull linkage. Applications include routine harbour maintenance and hull cleaning, then emergency marine pollution including oil cleanup at a polluted site.

摘要: A hovercraft without lift fan includes: a hull; and a power device; wherein the hull includes: a main body; and two sub-bodies; wherein bottom surfaces of the sub-bodies are lower than a bottom surface of the main body, the two sub-bodies are symmetrically aligned under a front portion of the bottom surface of the main body, the two sub-bodies are provided with a distance therebetween; an outer surface of the sub-body and an outer surface of the main body form an aligned side surface or an unified side surface; the aligned side surface or the unified side surface extends towards a space under the bottom surfaces of the main body and the sub-bodies for forming a main sidewall; an inner side surface of the sub-body extends towards a space under the bottom surface of the sub-body for forming a sub-sidewall; wherein during sailing, the main sidewalls and the sub-sidewalls are partly immersed in water and respectively form three independent lifting areas having forward openings with the bottom surface of the main body and the bottom surfaces of the sub-bodies. The hovercraft doesn't utilize the lifting fan of conventional hovercrafts. However, during sailing, a high-pressure air cushion is effectively formed under the hull, in such a manner that low sail resistance, high propulsion efficiency and high speed is archived.

摘要: The systems and methods described herein are directed to a standup paddle board system including a multi-hull board and a steering mechanism which can be activated by a user and assist in maneuvering the standup paddle board system. In addition, one or more moveable rudders can extend from a bottom surface of the multi-hull board and can change position in response to activation of the steering mechanism. In at least some variations, activation of the steering mechanism, such as a steering arm or tiller, can effectuate simultaneous movement of two or more moveable rudders.

摘要: A jack-up vehicle having a hull including at least two hull sections (2, 3) interconnected in such manner as to be positionable in an end-to-end relationship having a first vehicle width and for the purpose of movement of the vehicle from one location to another location and to be positionable in a side-by-side configuration having a second vehicle width when at said another location, wherein the first vehicle width is less than the second vehicle width. A jack-up vessel such as this can maintain stability when elevated with square positioning of supporting legs and yet reposition the hull sections to achieve a preferred hull shape for transit from location-to-location at more than twice the usual speed of known jack-up vessels.
