Abstract:
Molding apparatus (1) for molding of materials consisting of at least two components, in particular for molding lipstick leads with at least one mold (2) in which the material to be molded may be poured and with a core (3) which may be inserted into and extracted out of the at least one mold (2), wherein the at least one core (3) has a modifiable outer surface, as well as a corresponding method.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a cutter support (11) for fastening to a cutter head, comprising a shaft-like pin (11) and a head, having a soldered-in cutter (12) with a minor cutting edge formed by a face (27) and a free surface (28). According to the invention the minor cutting edge has a rounded area (25), the radius of which continuously increases from a minor cutting edge end (25a) at least to the cutting edge center, or to the other minor cutting edge end (25b).
Abstract:
A locking device having a locking cylinder and a key. The locking cylinder includes a cylinder core with tumblers in a cylinder core, which is rotatably mounted in a cylinder housing. Standard coding for the key is produced by a step with longitudinal profiling on at least one flat side of the edge profile of the key, said step being associated with a counter step on the tumbler. In addition to the standard coding produced by step and counter step, the key has at least one set of beveled edge coding in a corner section of the edge profile. The beveled edged coding consists of recesses in the form of beveled cuts in the corresponding corner sections of the edge profile, relative to which are provided counter touching points in the corresponding tumbler. In a section of the key shaft, either the standard coding or beveled edge coding can optionally be used, thereby considerably increasing the diversity of the locking device while retaining the space-saving design.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a cutter support for fixing in a cutter head, comprising a shaft-like bar and a head with integrated cutters with minor cutters formed from a cutting surface and a free surface. According to the invention, a chamfer adjacent to the minor cutter is arranged on the free surface with a chamfer width decreasing outwardly to 0.
Abstract:
An external actuating mechanism for vehicle doors in doors, hoods, lids or the like, wherein the mechanism includes a handle for opening the door, a locking unit for activating and deactivating the lock, and at least one electrical light source for temporarily illuminating a field of operation of the mechanism. An electrically operated sensor is mounted in the interior of the handle and is connected to the current supply of the vehicle. When an authorized person who is in the possession of a data carrier approaches, the sensor releases a data communication with the data carrier and deactivates the lock after a successful data comparison. A bore in the handle serves as housing for receiving the light source. The light source is connected to the electrical supply lines of the sensor arranged in the interior of the handle. The electronic system of the sensor serves for switching on the light source.
Abstract:
A process is disclosed for the rapid dissolution of water-soluble polymers in water, in that water in a finely divided state is introduced under pressure into the prepared finely divided polymer. The water-soluble polymer can be in the form of a water-in-oil emulsion or the form of a powder-in-oil suspension; the water is preferably introduced under pressure through a nozzle and tangentially to the surface of the prepared polymer.
Abstract:
A milling cutter head has a base body rotatable about a longitudinal axis and formed with axially extending seats, respective blade holders axially shiftable in the seats, respective blades welded to the blade holders and each having a cutting edge, and respective wedges shiftable in the base body and engaging the blade holders, whereby the wedges can adjust axial positions of the respective blades. A clamp can fix the blade holders in the body. The cutting edge of at least one of the blades is angled and has relative to the axis a long radially outer part and a short radially inner part angled relative to the respective outer part by 3° to 7° so that the two parts form an angle of 177° to 173°.
Abstract:
The locking device consists of a locking cylinder and a key (20.2). The locking cylinder comprises a cylinder core with tumblers (13. 14.1) in a cylinder core, which is rotatably mounted in a cylinder housing. Standard coding for the key (20.2) is produced by a step (28) with longitudinal profiling on at least one flat side of the edge profile of the key (20.2), said step being associated with a counter step (30) on the tumbler (13). In addition to the standard coding produced by (28, 30), the key has at least one set of bevelled edge coding (27.1. 27.4) in a corner section of the edge profile. The bevelled edged coding consists of recesses in the form of bevelled cuts in the corresponding corner sections of the edge profile, relative to which are provided counter touching points (47.1) in he corresponding tumbler (14.1). In a section of the key shaft, either the standard coding or bevelled edge coding can optionally be used, thereby considerably increasing the diversity of the claimed locking device whilst retaining the space-saving design.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for actuating an electric or electromechanical closing device (10) on a door (12) and/or a lid of a vehicle, said device comprising a sensor that reacts to an approach or contact. The aim of the invention is to provide a device that can clearly differentiate between the triggering of the sensor by a real human hand or by an erroneous object. To achieve this, a two-part auxiliary sensor (50), which consists of a permanent magnet (52) and a Hall element (51), is positioned in addition to the primary sensor (40) in the contact area of a handle (20). One part of the auxiliary sensor (50), e.g. the Hall clement (51), is situated on the displaceable handle (20) and the other part, namely the permanent magnet (52), on the fixed carrier (11). During a displacement (23) of the Hall clement (51) in relation to the permanent magnet (52), a signal is generated both in the auxiliary sensor (50) and the primary sensor (40), said signals being evaluated in common. Upon completion of the evaluation, an output signal is emitted, transferring the lock (30) into the locking position in which an actuation (23) of the handle (20) is ineffective.
