    摘要: Thermoplastic materials containing A) 5 to 80 parts by weight of a thermoplastic co- or terpolymer made from the monomers styrene, &agr;-methylstyrene, methyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile with an average molecular weight ({overscore (M)}w) of 70,000 to 119,000, B) 1 to 30 parts by weight of a thermoplastic copolymer made from 60 to 95% by weight of styrene and/or &agr;-methylstyrene and 40 to 5% by weight of acrylonitrile with an average molecular weight ({overscore (M)}w) of 25,000 to 49,500, C) 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a thermoplastic co- or terpolymer made from the monomers styrene, &agr;-methylstyrene, methyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile with an average molecular weight ({overscore (M)}w) of 1,500 to 6,000 and D) 0.5 to 50 parts by weight of a particulate rafted rubber with a glass transition temperature ≦10° C. and an average particle diameter (d50) of 0.05 to 0.50 &mgr;m, which contains 15 to 80 parts by weight of a chemically bonded polymer made from styrene, methyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile or mixtures thereof, per 100 parts by weight of rubber and optionally E) 10 to 300 parts by weight of an aromatic polycarbonate and/or poly-alkylene terephthalate per 100 parts by weight of A+B+C+D, or F) 1 to 40 parts by weight of a thermoplastic polyurethane.

    摘要: Process for the preparation of a thermoplastic moulding composition of 10 to 65% by weight of at least one graft polymer which is obtainable by emulsion polymerization of styrene and acrylonitrile in a weight ratio of 90:10 to 50:50, it being possible for all or some of the styrene to be replaced by .alpha.-methylstyrene or methyl methacrylate, in the presence of at least one rubber base, and the weight ratio of monomers employed to rubber polymer employed being 20:80 to 70:30, and 90 to 35% by weight of a copolymer of styrene and acrylonitrile in a weight ratio of 90:10 to 50:50, it being possible for all or some of the styrene to be replaced by .alpha.-methylstyrene or methyl methacrylate, wherein, to prepare the graft polymer, the grafting monomers and 0.05 to 1.00 part by weight (per 100 parts by weight of grafting monomer) of a mercaptan are added stepwise to the latex of the rubber base over a period of time, the part amount of the monomer added in each time interval .DELTA.t.sub.n+1 being 0.30 to 0.95 times the amount of monomer added in the preceding time interval .DELTA.t.sub.n at least in the first half of the period of time, and the total period of time comprising n time intervals where n=3 to 30, and each time interval .DELTA.t being 5 to 100 minutes long.

    摘要: Sulphur-containing elastic-thermoplastic graft products of styrene, .alpha.-methyl styrene, p-methyl styrene, vinyl toluene, acrylonitrile or methyl methacrylate or mixtures thereof on a particle-like rubber with an average particle diameter (d.sub.50) of from 0.05 to 20.0 .mu.m and a glass temperature .ltoreq.10.degree. C. with a total rubber content of from 1 to 80% by weight, whereby the graft products have a sulphur content of from 1.15 to 3.95% by weight and the thermoplast proportion of the polymerized monomers on the particle-like rubber has a limiting viscosity of from 2 to 15 ml/g (measured in dimethyl formamide at 25.degree. C.) and in which at least 90% by weight of the incorporated sulphur is present as a constituent of terminal C1-18-thioalkyl groups.
