    摘要： The present invention relates to a binder-containing coating composition, which may be cured by free radical polymerization, wherein the binder resins contain A) about 10 to 95% by weight of the reaction product of i) one or more polyisocyanates with ii) a hydroxyl component containing ii-a) one or more hydroxyl compounds containing two ethylenically unsaturated groups, B) 0 to about 60% by weight of the reaction product of i) one or more polyisocyanates with ii) a hydroxyl component containing ii-a) one or more hydroxy functional lactone ester (meth)acrylates having a number average molecular weight of about 200 to 2000, and C) 0 to about 85% by weight of the reaction product of i) one or more polyisocyanates with ii) a hydroxyl component containing ii-a) one or more hydroxy functional (meth)acrylates, wherein the coating composition additionally contains one or more copolymerizable monomers D) and/or one or more inert organic solvents E), and wherein i) the %'s by weight of components A), B) and C) total 100%, based on the total weight of components A), B) and C); ii) the %'s by weight of components B) and C) are present in a total amount of at least 5% by weight; and iii) components D) and E) are present in a total amount of at least about 10% by weight. The present invention also relates to a process for coating a substrate using the coating compositions according to the invention.

These elastomers comprise the reaction product of a polyisocyanate component comprising an allophanate modified (cyclo)aliphatic polyisocyanate which has an NCO group content of about 15 to about 35% or a prepolymer thereof, with an isocyanate-reactive component comprising a low unsaturation polyether polyols, a low molecular weight organic compound containing two hydroxyl groups and which is free of amine groups, and, optionally, one or more organic compounds having a molecular weight of about 200 to about 500, a hydroxyl functionality of 3 to 4 and comprising an amine-initiated polyether polyol.

    摘要： The present invention is directed to a polyisocyanate mixture i) having an NCO content of 5 to 35% by weight and a monomeric diisocyanate content of less than 3% by weight, and prepared from a polyisocyanate adduct, ii) containing allophanate groups in an amount such that there are more equivalents of allophanate groups than urethane groups and such that the polyisocyanate mixture remains stable and homogeneous in storage for 1 month at 25° C. and iii) containing siloxane groups (calculated as SiO, MW 44) in an amount of 0.002 to 50% by weight, wherein the preceding percentages are based on the solids content of the polyisocyanate mixture and wherein the siloxane groups are incorporated by reacting an isocyanate group with a compound containing one or more hydroxyl groups directly attached to a carbon atom and one or more siloxane groups. The present invention is also directed to a process for the production of this polyisocyanate mixture and to its use, optionally in blocked form, as an isocyanate component in one- or two-component coating compositions.
