摘要: According to one example of the disclosure, a first LPWAN receives a message from an Internet of Things (IoT) device. The message includes at least one of: a network ID associated with a second LPWAN and an application ID associated with the second LPWAN. In response to a determination that at least one of the network ID and the application ID are on the roaming white list of the first LPWAN, the message is caused to become available to the second LPWAN.

摘要: Example implementations relate to changing a status of a device responsive to detecting an anomaly. A traffic pattern of a device may be monitored across a network. It may be determined that the monitored traffic pattern deviates from an expected traffic pattern of the group of devices by a threshold. Responsive to determining that the devices deviates from the expected traffic pattern, packet data transmitted by the device may be inspected. It may be determined that the inspected packet data transmitted by the device is anomalous. The status of the device may be changed responsive to determining that the packet data transmitted by the device is anomalous.

摘要: 5G introduces the concept of network slices. Although the 5G standard contemplates some form of slice access control, it is premised on subscriber identity-based checks. Because subscriber identities are associated with/maintained via subscriber identity module (SIM) cards, and because SIM cards can be swapped from one device (user equipment) to another, slice access control based on subscriber identities can fail to prevent unauthorized device access. Systems and methods are provided for enhanced slice access control vis-à-vis an enhanced access and mobility management (AMF), and equipment identity register (EIR) functions. In some embodiments, a localized EIR function can reduce latency/messaging overhead.
