    摘要： On an inner circumference wall of a connecting pipe, a step is arranged at a lower portion of a through hole so that the inner diameter on the side of a suction port of a fuel pump is larger than that on the side of a nozzle section of a filter member. Thus, flow into the side of the nozzle section of the filter member is suppressed by making a subsidiary stream flowing from a sub channel into a confluence section not easily flow into the side having the smaller inner diameter.

    摘要： A connector for a fuel tank includes a flange portion, an outer connecting portion to be connected to a pipe member and an inner connecting portion to be inserted into a fuel tank through a connecting opening of the fuel tank. The inner connecting portion has an engaging portion to be engaged with an engaged portion provided to a member when the member is to be disposed in the fuel tank. The flange portion includes an outer flange member made of a synthetic resin same as that of an outer surface of the fuel tank, and an inner flange member made of a synthetic resin having a gas barrier property and a rigidity higher than that of the synthetic resin constituting the outer flange member. The inner connecting portion and the inner flange member are made of the same material.

    摘要： A fuel filter device includes a bag-shape filter body and a space forming member disposed in the filter body. The filter body includes an upper surface part, and a lower surface part welded with the upper surface part at edges to form a bag shape. At least the lower surface part has a woven mesh outer layer part, a first inner layer part situated adjacent to the outer layer part and formed of a melt blown non-woven cloth, and a second inner layer part situated adjacent to the first inner layer part at a side opposite to the outer layer part. The second inner layer part is formed of a spun-bonded non-woven cloth. The upper surface part and the lower surface part are all made of polypropylene that is not soaked and swollen with fuel to thereby maintain a mesh size of the filter body without change.

    摘要： A chamber structure is provided which is able to flow down fuel smoothly at a desired flow rate. A chamber main body is fixed onto an inner bottom 1a of a fuel tank of a vehicle, and a suction port of a fuel pump is inserted into an inside of the chamber main body. A through hole is formed in a peripheral wall of the chamber main body. A fuel tank side through hole for connecting an inside of the fuel tank and a negative pressure chamber being connected to the first through hole is arranged in a vicinity of the inner bottom of the fuel tank. An inlet port for passing return fuel into the inside of the fuel tank is faced to the negative pressure chamber. A recirculation funnel which has an upper end opening directed to the inside of the chamber main body at a position lower than an upper edge of the chamber main body is formed to extend upward from the negative pressure chamber.A peripheral length of the upper end opening of the recirculation funnel is set longer than that of the lower edge opening of the recirculation funnel directed to the negative pressure chamber.
