    摘要: A chamber structure is provided which is able to flow down fuel smoothly at a desired flow rate. A chamber main body is fixed onto an inner bottom 1a of a fuel tank of a vehicle, and a suction port of a fuel pump is inserted into an inside of the chamber main body. A through hole is formed in a peripheral wall of the chamber main body. A fuel tank side through hole for connecting an inside of the fuel tank and a negative pressure chamber being connected to the first through hole is arranged in a vicinity of the inner bottom of the fuel tank. An inlet port for passing return fuel into the inside of the fuel tank is faced to the negative pressure chamber. A recirculation funnel which has an upper end opening directed to the inside of the chamber main body at a position lower than an upper edge of the chamber main body is formed to extend upward from the negative pressure chamber.A peripheral length of the upper end opening of the recirculation funnel is set longer than that of the lower edge opening of the recirculation funnel directed to the negative pressure chamber.

In a typical fuel chamber, a fuel chamber main body, a jet nozzle member having a front end portion inserted into a hole portion communicating an inner portion with an outer portion of the fuel chamber main body, a cover body forming a pressure reduction chamber decompressed in response to that the jet nozzle member injects a return fuel to the fuel chamber main body through the hole portion, and a tubular circulating member circulating a fuel within the fuel chamber main body are provided. The fuel stored within the fuel tank is introduced into the fuel chamber main body and the fuel within the fuel chamber main body is circulated in response to that the jet nozzle member injects the return fuel into the fuel chamber main body.

    摘要: The fuel tank system comprises a tank body for containing fuel therein, a canister for disposing said fuel component, a filler tube connected with the tank body and forming a channel for supplying fuel to the tank body, a vent side check valve having a first chamber and a second chamber separated by a diaphragm, a signal tube connecting the first chamber of the vent side check valve with the upper part of the filler tube, a vent side tube for connecting the tank body with the canister via the second chamber of the vent side check valve and for introducing a gaseous body containing fuel component in the tank body to the canister via the second chamber when filling fuel, and an orifice for the signal tube, provided on the upper part of the signal tube on the filler tube side and having such an inside diameter and a length that may prevent the fuel permeation into the signal tube side from the filler tube side. Therefore, by the functions of the orifice, the permeation of the fuel into the signal tube can be controlled thus to maintain the functions of the vent side check valve.

    摘要: A semiconductor device with a nonvolatile memory is provided which has improved characteristics. The semiconductor device includes a control gate electrode, a memory gate electrode disposed adjacent to the control gate electrode, a first insulating film, and a second insulating film including therein a charge storing portion. Among these components, the memory gate electrode is formed of a silicon film including a first silicon region positioned over the second insulating film, and a second silicon region positioned above the first silicon region. The second silicon region contains p-type impurities, and the concentration of p-type impurities of the first silicon region is lower than that of the p-type impurities of the second silicon region.

    摘要: An integrated circuit is provided with a substrate, an electrode, two diffusion areas, and a resistance heater. The substrate includes a first surface and second surface that are substantially parallel to each other. The electrode is laminated onto the first surface. The two diffusion areas are disposed within the substrate in the vicinity of the electrode to form one transistor with the electrode. The resistance heater is located on an area of the second surface across the substrate from the electrode. The resistance heater produces heat by allowing electric current to flow.

    摘要: A segment allocation determination unit of an image decoding device determines an allocation of segments, in accordance with processing capabilities of the image decoding units, so that the processing times of the image decoding units are equal. When a first error detection unit detects an error, a segment allocation determination unit performs control so that the segment including the error is allocated to an image decoding unit to which a predicted reference image of the segment is allocated. When any of second error detection units detect an error, the segment allocation determination unit controls allocation of the next series of segments with consideration to a bit amount skipped due to the error. This enables providing an image decoding device that can efficiently realize decoding with a plurality of image decoding units even when an error is detected.
