    摘要: Disclosed is a composition for electrode comprising (i) a positive electrode active material comprising an iron compound and carbon, and (ii) a copolymer (P) prepared by copolymerization of acrylic acid esters and/or methacrylic acid esters, with an α,β-unsaturated nitrile compound. Also disclosed is an electrode comprised of an active material layer made of the composition for electrode, and a collector. This electrode can be produced by mixing the positive electrode active material, the copolymer (P), a solvent and an optional thickener, by a mixer to prepare an electrode composition slurry with solid content of 40-90% by weight, coating a collector with the electrode composition slurry, and then, removing the solvent from the thus-formed coating. Further disclosed a battery provided with the electrode.

The secondary battery electrode formed by adhering; the porous film comprising the inorganic filler and the binder, and styrene and the polymer having the glass transition temperature of 15° C. or less as said binder, the porous film slurry comprising the inorganic filler, the polymer having the glass transition temperature of 15° C. or less and the solvent, and the electrode composite layer comprising the binder and the electrode active material, to the current collector, and said porous film is provided on the surface of the electrode composite layer.

    摘要: The present invention is intended for providing a porous film having excellent film uniformity, and is capable to contribute for improving cyclic and rate properties, which is provided on a surface of electrode used for a secondary battery and the like.The porous film of the present invention is characterized by including water soluble polymer having an average polymerization degree of 500 to 2500, an inorganic filler and water soluble particulate polymer.     摘要: An electrochemical element electrode for obtaining electrochemical elements having both low internal resistance and high capacitance, and a secondary battery and an electric double layer capacitor using the electrode are provided.An electrochemical element electrode which is made by forming an active material layer on a collector, and the active material layer is formed by press-molding composite particles with high strength at moderate pressure not to crush the composite particles under pressure, while the structures of the composite particles being maintained, to bond the composite particles together, wherein the composite particles comprise an electrode active material, an electric conductive material, a dispersible binder and a soluble resin, in which the electrode active material and the electric conductive material are bonded by the dispersible binder. By use of this electrode, an electric double layer capacitor or a secondary battery is obtained.
