    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a paper splicing apparatus that can improve workability of an operator and splicing accuracy at low cost with a simple construction. Thus, a paper splicing apparatus that carries out paper splicing by sticking together a tip of a new web pulled out from a rolled web to an old web drawn out from another rolled web comprises a first reciprocating member provided to freely reciprocate in an approaching/departing direction to/from a surface of the old web, a second reciprocating member provided to freely reciprocate in the approaching/departing direction independently of the first reciprocating member, a first roller pivotally supported to freely rotate with respect to the first reciprocating member, and a second roller pivotally supported to freely rotate with respect to the second reciprocating member with the new web fastened between the first roller and the second roller.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to provide a device for reducing pulsation in a variable displacement compressor. The compressor is connected to an external refrigerant circuit. The device for reducing pulsation includes a flow passage and a control valve. The control valve includes a valve housing, a spool valve and a damper chamber. The spool valve has formed therethrough a flow hole. The damper chamber communicates with the flow passage adjacent to the external refrigerant circuit through the flow hole. Effective cross-sectional area and effective length of the flow hole are determined based on frequency of a specific pulsation of the refrigerant gas and volume of the damper chamber at the time of the development of the specific pulsation in such a manner that the specific pulsation is developed, resonance effect of a Helmholtz resonator takes place in the damper chamber.

    摘要: A compressor compresses gas containing misted oil. The compressor has a drive plate located in a crank chamber and mounted on a drive shaft and a piston operably coupled to the drive plate and located in a cylinder bore. The drive plate converts rotation of the drive shaft to reciprocating movement of the piston in the cylinder bore to vary the capacity of the cylinder bore. The piston compresses gas supplied to the cylinder bore and discharges the compressed gas from the compressor by way of a discharge chamber and a discharge passage. An oil separating mechanism is disposed midway in the discharge passage to separate the oil from the gas flowing in the discharge passage. A storing chamber is defined in the lower portion of the separating mechanism to store the oil separated from the gas. A supplying passage connects the storing chamber with the crank chamber to supply the oil to the crank chamber from the storing chamber. A supplying valve is disposed midway in the supplying passage. The supplying valve opens the supplying passage to supply the oil to the crank chamber from the storing chamber when the compressor is stopped.

    摘要: A swash plate type variable displacement compressor comprises cylinder bores, pistons, a suction chamber and a discharge chamber. A suction valve introduces a low pressure gas into a working chamber in each cylinder bore. A discharge valve introduces a high pressure gas in the working chamber into the discharge chamber during a compression stroke. A crank chamber communicates to each of the cylinder bores at rear sides of the pistons. A swash plate is tiltably supported on a drive shaft and connected to each of the pistons through associated rods. The swash plate makes the pistons reciprocate in response to its undulating swing motion and varies its inclination angle based upon pressure differential between pressure in the suction chamber and pressure in the crank chamber therefore adjusting discharge displacement. A gas supply passage communicates each cylinder bore to the crank chamber in order to supply gas having a lower pressure than that in the working chamber at the time of completing the compression stroke. A gas bleed passage communicates the crank chamber to the suction chamber in order to introduce gas in the crank chamber into the suction chamber. A pressure control valve is provided in the gas supply passage or the gas bleed passage to control pressure of gas in the crank chamber. A valve is provided for opening and closing the gas supply passage in the middle of the compression stroke of each of the pistons.

The valve operates to close the first bleed passage according to the magnitude of centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the rotary shaft.
