It is the object of the present invention to provide a sealed container which comprises a container comprising a thermoplastic resin and a stopper which is hardly slackening even when used in combination with the container, and a vacuum specimen-sampling container comprising the sealed container. The present invention is a sealed container, which comprises a container with an end being closed and the other end being open, comprising a thermoplastic resin, and a stopper being detachable and capable of sealing the open end of the container, the stopper having a head portion capable of being grasped, a leg portion A being extended downward from the head portion, being along an internal wall surface of the open end of the container, and being capable of exerting a fitting force to the internal wall surface, and a leg portion B being extended downward from the head portion, being along an external wall surface of the open end of the container, and being capable of exerting a fitting force to the external wall surface, and at least a portion of the leg portion B of the stopper contacting with the container and at least a portion of the container contacting with the leg portion A of the stopper having a deflection temperature under load of 60° C. or more under a load of 0.45 MPa or 0.46 MPa.

A blood component deposition-preventing agent and a blood coagulation accelerator are provided, which are substantially indifferent to blood coagulation activity and serum chemistry parameters. Also provided is plastic blood test ware and a blood test matrix which do not confound measured values. A blood component deposition-preventing agent comprising a random copolymer of a monomer component (a) giving a water-soluble homopolymer and a monomer component (b) giving a water-insoluble homopolymer, a blood coagulation accelerator comprising a substantially blood-insoluble antimicrobial composition comprising a carrier and, as supported thereon, an antimicrobial metal, and a blood test ware or matrix carrying them on its inside wall or surface are provided.

The invention provides a serum or plasma separating composition which can compensate for the lack of initial thixotropy even at a reduced inorganic powder concentration and in which crevices or the like are less likely to be created in a partition wall formed of the separating composition after being centrifuged. The serum or plasma separating composition contains a liquid resin component having a partition wall-forming capability, a hydrophilic inorganic powder, a hydrophobic inorganic powder, and an organic compound serving as a thixotropy enhancer, wherein the organic compound is a polyalkylene glycol and/or a derivative thereof and is made of at least one type of polymer.

Disclosed is a composition for the separation of a serum or plasma, which comprises a cyclopentadiene oligomer, can be used for separating a serum or plasma by utilizing the difference in specific gravity among blood components, and enables to provide a serum or plasma having no oily component floating therein after centrifugal separation. The composition comprises a trimellitic acid ester and/or a pyromellitate ester and a cyclopentadiene oligomer. Alternatively, the composition comprises an aromatic esterified compound and a cyclopentadiene oligomer as the main ingredients and additionally comprises an inorganic micropowder and an organic gelling agent as thixotropy-imparting agents, wherein the organic gelling agent is contained in an amount of less than 0.06 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the cyclopentadiene oligomer.
