摘要： A panel switch and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The panel switch includes insulating films and a base layer having a stationary contact. Each insulating film includes an adhesive layer, and an apex portion of a moving contact adhered to the adhesive layer. The insulating films are aligned and adhered on top of each other and the adhered insulating films are aligned and adhered to the base layer such that the locations of the moving contacts of the respective insulating films align with the stationary contact of the base layer. The method includes applying an adhesive layer to an insulating film; adhering a moving contact onto the adhesive layer; aligning the moving contact with a stationary contact of a base member and adhering the insulating film to the base member; and cutting and removing an excess portion from the insulating film with a laser.

摘要： A case is defining a chamber. A slider is disposed in the chamber and being movable between a first position and a second position. A first contact member is disposed in the chamber and being movable in conjunction with the slider. A second contact member is disposed in the chamber. An urging member is disposed in the chamber. A projection portion is adapted to be fitted with a first recess portion. When the slider is located in the first position, the first contact member comes in contact with the second contact member and the projection portion is not fitted with the first recess portion. When the slider is in the second position, the first contact member is separated from the second contact member, the projection portion is fitted with the first recess portion, and the urging member urges the slider toward the first position.

摘要： A switch according to the present invention includes a base including a recessed portion on one surface of the base; a click spring having a dome shape, the click spring being provided at the recessed portion such that the bottom of the recessed portion is contacted at a dome-shaped opening side of the click spring; a cover provided to cover the recessed portion and to house the click spring at the recessed portion; and a strain detecting element attached to another surface of the base.
