摘要: In a profiling method constructed so that NC working is performed on the basis of profile locus data obtained by profiling a shape of a model by a profiling machine, a digitized method of the profile locus is characterized in that position data of the model surface, obtained by adding a position of the profiling machine and a displacement signal from a tracer head at each sampling time, are rounded through a low-pass filter upon a profiling operation, and a time constant of the filter is automatically changed in response to the rate of change of the shape of the model. According to this method, fluctuation of the profiling machine, which can not be corrected by the filter heretofore and is an error as it is, is corrected, and a stylus displacement signal, delayed as compared with a response of a profiling machine position signal upon high speed profiling operation, is greatly improved so that high speed profiling operation can be attained.

摘要: An improved profiling control apparatus controls a profiling machine so that the apparatus judges whether an exact profiling operation is performed by the machine at a place where a surface shape of the model to be profiled is suddenly changed, for example at a step, without jumping of a stylus from the model surface, and the profiling machine performs the exact profiling operation without jumping of the stylus. The profiling control apparatus, which detects a displacement of the stylus pressed on the model surface from a tracer head and controls the profiling machine in accordance with the displacement detection signal, includes a displacement compounding unit for compounding three dimensional displacement signal .epsilon.x, .epsilon.y and .epsilon.z to produce a displacement signal .epsilon.(=.sqroot..epsilon.x.sup.2 +.epsilon.y.sup.2 +.epsilon.z.sup.2), a displacement differentiating unit for differentiating the displacement signal to produce a differentiated value d.sup.2 .epsilon./dt.sup.2, a comparison voltage producing unit for producing a comparison voltage Vc corresponding to a maximum acceleration .beta.max of the pressed stylus which can be produced thereon, and a comparison unit for comparing the comparison voltage Vc with the differentiated value d.sup.2 .epsilon./dt.sup.2 to produce a jumping detection signal when d.sup.2 .epsilon./dt.sup.2 =Vc. The profiling control unit is particularly suitable for profiling the model surface of which a shape is suddenly changed.

摘要: A method and apparatus is provided to simulate a system that is modelled by object frames which describe information on the events to be processed by the system, and a root frame that contains information on the conditions and times of the simulation. The first step is to search for an (accidental simultaneous state-events) object, which causes an event at the time prescribed by the root frame, by sequentially referring to the scheduled occurrence times of the events so as to execute simulation of the object, the second step is to list the events (intentional simultaneous state-events), which simultaneously occur with the searched-for object, referring to a simultaneous state-events rule, so as to execute simulation of an object causing the event, and the first and the second steps are repeatedly executed until completion of the simulation time, by updating the time of the root frame when processing of both steps is complete for all objects searched for in the first step.

摘要: An apparatus for recognizing a position, a diameter and a width of a cylindrical object such as a coil made of thin steel plate being wound while observed by a TV camera in unmanned manner. The coil is irradiated with laser light while the laser light is moved in the direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the coil. An image data by the laser light is obtained from a difference of image data in the case where the coil is irradiated with the laser light and in the case where the coil is not irradiated with the laser light. The image data is analyzed to obtain data such as the position and the like. In order to improve an S/N ratio of the image data, the difference signal is binarized and then integrated for a frame. Influence of the background light can be minimized and a memory capacity for the image data can be reduced.

摘要: The present invention provides new non-spherical microparticles. The microparticles are a hemisphere or a half elliptic sphere having a big opening at the central portion, say bowl-shape microparticles, and a water uptake of from 80 to 140 ml/100 g, which can be produced by suspension polymerization of polymerizable monomers in the presence of crosslinking agents and hydrophobic liquids in water. The microparticle of the present invention has an excellent extending ability, adhesiveness and water uptake. The new bowl-shape microparticles having the big opening at the center can be easily produced according to the present invention, and the size and shape can be easily controlled.

摘要: Provided are a method capable of imparting antistaticity to a fabric structure in a simple manner without causing any color change in the fabric structure, a fabric structure imparted with antistaticity by the method, and a washing machine that imparts antistaticity to a fabric structure according to the method. The method for imparting antistaticity to a fabric structure allows metal or metal compound to adhere on a surface of the fabric structure by drying the fabric structure in a state where a liquid containing the metal or the metal compound exists on the surface of the fabric structure.
