摘要: An armature for a rotary electric machine includes: a core that includes a plurality of teeth that are arranged at a predetermined pitch in a circumferential direction; and a plurality of edgewise coils that are configured by winding a rectangular conductor wire into an edgewise winding, the plurality of edgewise coils each include rectilinear portions and coil end portions that are arranged radially, and that are each linked by bent portions, the rectilinear portions are arranged radially on circumferential side portions of the teeth so as to be gradually further away from a central axis of the teeth from a tip end of the teeth toward a root, and radially adjacent portions of the rectangular conductor wire are configured such that bulging portions that arise due to compressive stresses resulting from bending at inner peripheral side portions of the bent portions do not face each other.

摘要: Provided is an armature for a rotating electrical machine, which is capable of improving heat dissipation performance of an edgewise coil to enhance efficiency of the rotating electrical machine. The armature for a rotating electrical machine includes: a core including a yoke section and a tooth section that protrudes from the yoke section; an edgewise coil to be inserted onto the tooth section through intermediation of an insulating member, the edgewise coil being formed by winding a rectangular wire having a rectangular conductor cross-section through edgewise bending; and a heat transfer member filled into a gap between the tooth section and the edgewise coil. The armature has different gaps formed at two regions between the tooth section and a long side of the edgewise coil.

摘要: A rotary electric machine includes a stator in which a plurality of armatures each have a coil formed by a winding wire wound in plural layers around bobbins mounted to a magnetic pole tooth, which are disposed annularly on an inner circumference of a cylindrical frame. The coil is formed by the winding wire being wound with a constant feed pitch in parallel with slots of the bobbins in plural layers. The winding wire forming a first layer of the coil is shifted by half the feed pitch between a left side and a right side of a center axis of the coil as viewed from a plane perpendicular to a stacking direction of a stacked iron core.

摘要: A solar battery module having the component members thereof joined uniformly and sustaining no distortion in the surface thereof and a method for the production thereof are disclosed, The solar battery module comprises a solar battery unit and a honeycomb structure. The honeycomb structure comprises a honeycomb core possessed of a plurality of cells and a first surface panel and a second surface panel respectively joined to opposite opening sides of the honeycomb core. The second surface panel has a plurality of perforations communicating with cavities in the cells of the honeycomb core. The honeycomb core has at least a pair of perforations in the walls of each of the cells or is made of a porous material. The solar battery unit provided with a plurality of solar battery elements is mounted on the second surface panel of the honeycomb structure through the medium of a joining member and they are joined by application of heat and pressure while the air remaining in the gap therebetween is caused to flow into cavities of the honeycomb structure.

摘要: A motor actuator for an air conditioning system comprising a driving motor and an output shaft rotated by a driving force from the driving motor. At least one moveable contact is mounted on a contact mounting member rotatable together with the output shaft. Fixed contacts are mounted on a fixed circuit board. The movable contact is in sliding contact with the fixed contacts. A hysteresis imparting device is provided for imparting a hysteresis to the rotation of the contact mounting member with respect to the rotation of the output shaft. Further, the circuit board is interposed between an output gear on the output shaft and a switch disc rotatable together with the output gear. A switch device comprised of the movable contact and the fixed contacts is mounted between the circuit board and the output gear and/or between the circuit board and the switch disc.
