    摘要: A gate array driven by a plurality of source voltages and an electronic equipment using such a gate array are provided. The gate array comprises a plurality of P-well regions and a plurality of N-well regions, all of which are formed in an internal cell region in a first direction and alternately arranged in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction on a semiconductor substrate. A plurality of first basic cells receive a first source voltage VDD1 through a first source wiring layer, these first basic cells being respectively formed on a pair of P-well and N-well regions. A plurality of second basic cells receive a second source voltage VDD2 through a second source wiring layer, these second basic cells being respectively formed on a pair of P-well and N-well regions. A voltage level shifter for shifting the voltage level between data voltages outputted from first and second basic cell trains is formed on an region containing at least three of the P-well and N-well regions. The voltage level shifter is connected to a wiring layer which connects between the first and second basic cell trains.

    摘要: In an image forming apparatus, a control device recognizes expansion and contraction of a pattern image based on an output of an image detector. The control device calculates a driving motor velocity fluctuation cancellation pattern for driving a common drive source. The driving motor velocity fluctuation cancellation pattern creates a latent image expansion and contraction cancellation pattern capable of canceling the expansion and contraction of the pattern image detected by the image detecting device. A process of obtaining the cancellation patterns is executed except when a print job for forming the toner image is executed in accordance with image information. The control device controls the common drive source in accordance with the cancellation driving motor pattern.

The drive shaft is rotated by the drive source. The drive transmission member is rotated by the drive shaft and includes a peripheral surface that contacts the drive shaft. The pressure regulator presses the drive shaft against a center of rotation of the drive transmission member and includes an alignment regulator to regulate alignment of the drive shaft in a direction of rotation of the drive transmission member. A drive device for rotating an image bearing member includes a drive source including a drive shaft, and the decelerator. An image forming apparatus includes the drive device and an image bearing member rotated by the drive device.

The correction value generator generates correction value data for the belt based on the sampling data. The correction value storage stores the correction value data. The correction value reading controller reads the correction value data based on a rotation number of the belt to control a rotation of the first roller.

The rotary drive device includes a drive source and a planetary gear mechanism to control torque from the drive source.
