摘要: A vehicular lamp 10 including an LED module 60 that is a light source and a power supply socket 70 for connecting the LED module to a power supply. The LED module is made of an LED substrate 61, an LED 62 mounted on the LED substrate, a pair of positive and negative current-conducting parts 63 connected to the LED and formed on both sides of the LED. The power supply socket includes a base body 71 made from an insulating material and a pair of positive and negative terminals 72 held in a pair of holding portions 73 of the base body. When the LED module is set in the power supply socket, the holding portions of power supply socket hold the side edge portions of the LED module, and the pair of positive and negative terminals come into contact with the current-conducting parts of the LED module.

摘要: A vehicular lamp has a plurality of bulb sockets, each of the plurality of bulb sockets holding a bulb serving as a light source, a lamp body that accommodates the bulb sockets, a front cover that forwardly covers the lamp body, a plurality of bulb socket fixing portions formed in the lamp body, and inserted with the plurality of bulb sockets, a temporary holding member that includes a plurality of temporary holding portions of the bulb sockets, and temporarily holds each of the plurality of bulb sockets to each of the plurality of temporary holding portions, and a bulb socket mounting unit that sandwiches the lamp body and the temporary holding member via an elastic portion formed on each of the bulb sockets. The elastic portion elastically deforms when the temporarily held bulb sockets are inserted into the fixing portions and returning at predetermined fixing positions of the fixing portions.

摘要: A lighting unit for a vehicle includes a light emitting diode unit, a plate-shaped radiating board having an upper surface to which the light emitting diode unit is directly fixed, and a feeding connector connected electrically to the light emitting diode unit at the end of the radiating board and having an input portion for a power to be supplied to the light emitting diode unit below the radiating board. The feeding connector is provided on the end of the radiating board and there may further be provided a wiring extended from the light emitting diode unit toward the end of the radiating board over the upper surface of the radiating board and connected to the feeding connector at the end.

摘要: A vehicular lamp including power supply connectors 20, attached to a bracket 10, and LED modules 30, attached detachably to the power supply connectors 20, respectively. The LED module includes an LED circuit board 31, an LED 32 mounted on the LED circuit board, and conduction portions 33 disposed on the LED circuit board and electrically connected to the LED. The power supply connector includes an accommodation portion 41, into which the LED circuit board of the LED module is inserted when the power supply connector is attached to the bracket, and a pair of contact terminals 50. When the LED circuit board of the LED module is inserted in the accommodation portion of the power supply connector, the contact terminals of the power supply connector contact the conduction portions of the LED module, thus making an electrical connection between the LED module and the power supply connector.

摘要: The invention provides a fixing structure for an electron device that enables an electron device to be attached and removed from wiring with one touch. The structure is provided with bus bars formed from conductive plate material that are connected to a power source, and an LED which has lead electrodes fixed to the bus bars and which is supplied with electricity therefrom. Fixing portions of the bus bars are provided with position determining tabs for positioning the lead electrodes, and an elastic contacting tab that elastically holds each lead electrode. The position determining tabs and the elastic contacting tabs are formed by bending portions of the bus bars. Accordingly, there is no need to provide components separate from the bus bars. When attachment and removal is performed, the LED is pushed downward toward or lifted up from the fixing portions of the bus bars.

摘要: An electrical connector for an automotive headlamp includes a connector housing formed from an insulating material and electrical terminals which are electrically conductive and inserted into the respective sleeves of the connector housing. Respective planar connecting portions of the electrical terminals are disposed in the same plane and are disposed to as to about a plane in which corresponding external terminals provided in the lamp are disposed. Thus, the length of the connector housing in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the planar connecting portions can be reduced, thereby reducing the width of the electrical connector. As a result, the overall height of the headlamp can be reduced.
