    摘要: A combined cycle gas turbine system is improved to enhance a gas turbine efficiency and a combined efficiency by effecting steam-cooling of a combustor transition piece and a turbine blade. The combined cycle system has a gas turbine (8) having a generator (1), a compressor (2), a combustor (3), a blade cooling air cooler (4) and a turbine (6), a steam turbine (29) having a high pressure turbine (21), an intermediate pressure turbine (22) and a low pressure turbine (23), and a waste heat recovery boiler (9). Saturated water of a high pressure pump (27) is partially led into a demineralizer (118) and a water sprayer (116) for cooling steam to be supplied into a moving blade (52). The steam, after being used for cooling, is recovered into a reheater (20). Outlet steam of the high pressure turbine (21) is led into a stationary blade (53) for cooling thereof and the steam is then recovered into an inlet of the intermediate pressure turbine (22). Also, steam of an intermediate pressure superheater (16) is led into a combustor transition piece (54) for cooling thereof and the steam is recovered into the inlet of the intermediate pressure turbine (22). Thus, moving blade cooling steam is reduced and the combined efficiency is enhanced.

    摘要: Provided is turbine plant using methanol as fuel in which working fluid is compressed by compressor 1 and led into combustor 2. A mixture of H2 and CO2 as fuel added with O2 is burned to generate high temperature gas, which works at high temperature turbine 3, flows through heat exchangers 4, 5 and returns partly to the compressor 1 and enters partly low pressure turbine 7 of bottoming system to work. Condensed water from condenser 9 of the bottoming system is pressurized by pressure pump 10 and flows through the heat exchangers 4, 5 to become high temperature steam and to work at high pressure turbine 6. Exhaust gas thereof is mixed into the combustor 2. A mixture of methanol and water is supplied into reformer 13 to absorb heat from the heat exchanger 4 to be reformed into H2 and CO2, which is supplied into the combustor 2. A high temperature portion of the high temperature turbine 3 is cooled by cooling medium extracted from compressor 1 outlet and high pressure turbine 6 outlet thereby reliability of the high temperature turbine 3 is enhanced.

    摘要: There is provided a steam-cooled gas turbine with a plurality of blades cooled by a steam supplied from an external steam source. The rotor of the steam-cooled gas turbine is composed of a plurality of rotor disks connected by a plurality of spindle bolt extending through the rotor disks. The rotor includes a steam supply passage extending in the rotor, a steam supply chamber for distributing the steam to the respective blades, a steam recovery chamber for equally receiving the steam used for cooling the blades, and a steam recovery passage for directing the steam from the steam recovery chamber to the outside of the steam-cooled gas turbine. A sealing member in the form of substantially a ring, for sealing the steam leakage between the rotor and the spindle bolts, is disposed about each of the spindle bolts. The rotor includes recesses, disposed coaxially with the respective spindle bolt holes, for receiving the sealing members. A plurality of holding members holds the sealing members in place within the respective recesses by axially clamping the sealing members and engaging with the inner walls of the recesses.

Saturated water from a high pressure pump (27) is partially led into a heat exchanger (110) for cooling steam to be supplied into a moving blade (52) and a stationary blade (53). Also, outlet steam from the high pressure turbine (21) is led into the moving blade (52), the stationary blade (53), and the combustor transition piece (54) for cooling thereof, and the steam is then supplied to an inlet of the intermediate pressure turbine (22). Further, the outlet steam from the high pressure turbine (21) is led into the turbine (6) for cooling blades thereof. The steam used for cooling the stationary blade is supplied to the inlet of the intermediate pressure turbine (22), and the steam used for cooling the moving blade is supplied to a reheater (20). Thus, the efficiency is enhanced.

    摘要: A combined cycle power plant includes a combination of a gas turbine plant and steam turbine plant. The gas turbine cooling steam temperature is adjusted appropriately so that the gas turbine can be made of easily obtainable material. Steam supplied from the intermediate pressure evaporator is mixed into the cooling steam supply passage for supplying therethrough exhaust steam from the high pressure steam turbine into the gas turbine high temperature portion as cooling steam. Thus, cooling steam temperature is lowered without lowering of the entire efficiency, and material of less heat resistant ability becomes usable as material forming the gas turbine high temperature portion to be cooled. Thus, design and manufacture of the gas turbine may be satisfied by less expensive and easily obtainable material.

    摘要: Easy plant starting is provided in a hydrogen burning turbine plant for burning hydrogen and oxygen to generate high temperature steam for driving a turbine. There is constructed a semi-closed cycle such that low temperature steam from compressor 1 enters combustion chamber 2, hydrogen and oxygen are burned in the combustion chamber 2 to become high temperature steam for driving turbine 3, and the steam provides exhaust heat at heat exchanger 4 and then returns to low pressure compressor 1-1. Steam from midway of the heat exchanger 4 enters low pressure turbine 6 for work therein, and is condensed to water. The water from condenser 7 is heated at heat exchangers 4-4, 4-3, 4-2 to become steam for driving high pressure turbine 5, and returns to the combustion chamber 2 through the heat exchanger 4. An a auxiliary boiler is provided at inlet side of the compressor 1, and the high temperature steam generated at the combustion chamber 2 at the starting time is diluted and supplied into the turbine 3. Thus, the starting can be performed smoothly.
