    摘要: In order to produce a cellulose ester film constructed of a front layer, an intermittent layer and a rear layer, a dope solution is doped on a supporter. In at least one of the front layer and the rear layer, a mass ratio of a cotton linter to a wood pulp (cotton linter/wood pulp) is between 5/95 and 0/100, and a solvent of the dope contains more than 15 wt. % alcohols and hydrocarbons whose carbon number each is 1–10. Further, a ratio of a solid content density of a solution for forming the front layer and the rear layer to a solid density of a solution for forming the intermittent layer is less than 0.9 wt. %, and a total thickness of the solutions for front and rear layers is more than 5% of the dope ribbon.

    摘要: A method for controlling an air servo cylinder apparatus includes an advancing process of advancing a piston up to a target position by controlling, by a controller, servo valves individually connected to a pressure chamber on the head side and that on the rod side of the cylinder, and a pressurizing process of subsequently applying a required pressurizing force to the piston. In the advancing process, the piston starts to be driven with the servo valve on the head side opened to the air intake side and the servo valve on the rod side opened to the exhaust side. Thereafter, the opening degree of the servo valve on the rod side is varied into an opening degree in accordance with a deviation of the current position from the target position, and thereby the piston is smoothly decelerated as it approaches the target position.

    摘要: The dope prepared from a mixture solvent and solid contents such as cellulose ester and additives is cast on a drum cooled to −5° C. to form a gel-like film. The gel-like film is peeled off from the drum. Tension of 60 kg/m is applied to the gel-like film in the widthwise direction thereof and the temperature of the gel-like film is kept 120° C., when the content of the solvent to the solid contents in the gel-like film is in a range of 100 wt. % to 20 wt. %. Further the gel-like film is dried to be a cellulose ester film having 40 μm thickness. The IR spectrum of the cellulose ester film has a peak in a range of 520 cm−1 to 480 cm−1 which indicates the crystallization of the polymer. The cellulose ester film has tear strength of 12 g, Rth of 42 nm and Re of 1.2 nm. As crystallization of the polymer proceeds, the cellulose ester film has sufficient strength and optical properties.

    摘要: Piston rods are coupled to respective pistons movably disposed respective cylinder chambers defined in a cylinder body. The piston rods have distal ends connected to an end plate mounted on a slide table which is mounted for movement along a guide rail. When the piston rods are displaced by the pistons, the slide table is also displaced axially of the cylinder body. When the slide table is positioned at either end of its stroke, a load is applied by the weight of a workpiece supported on the slide table and the weight of the slide table itself to the cylinder body through the guide rail. The slide table is thus prevented from being unduly flexed under the load. The length of the slide table can be set to a desired length irrespective of an increase in the displacement of the slide table. Even if the displacement of the slide table is increased, the slide table is not flexed and hence remains highly rigid against flexure.

    摘要: A tool fastening apparatus for industrial robots comprises a coupling unit attached to the arm of a robot and a coupling unit attached to a tool to be used with the robot. When the two coupling units are joined together, their relative position can be easily and accurately fixed by means of positioning couplings comprising ball rings carrying a set of annularly arranged balls slightly sticking out from the plane of contact between the two coupling units. Accurate positioning is achieved by bringing the balls on the two ball rings into engagement, which, in turn, is achieved by fitting each ball on one ball ring into between two adjoining balls on the other ball ring.
