The composition can be cured by active energy rays, and it can be used as an alkali developable and active energy ray-curable type resist resin composition.The third aspect provides an active energy ray-polymerizable unsaturated resin composition obtainable by allowing to react an unsaturated compound (E) containing an alicyclic epoxy group represented by formula (1) with a colloidal silica (F) in the presence of a metal chelate and/or metal alkoxide (G).
