    摘要: A process for producing a magnetic recording medium which comprises forming on a non-magnetic substrate a magnetic thin layer composed of columnar crystal particles comprising Co, or Co and Ni and/or Cr by vapor/depositing the metal atoms at an angle of incidence of at least 20.degree. relative to the normal line of the principal plane of the substrate, and then forcibly oxidizing the magnetic thin layer by electrochemical treatment to form an oxide layer on the surface of the columnar crystal particles of the magnetic thin layer, and thereby to form a magnetic layer.

The correction unit includes: a correction value generation unit that determines a correction value for a pixel to be corrected on the basis of a combination of a signal value of the pixel to be corrected and signal values of adjacent pixels which are on a column wiring next to a column wiring on which the pixel to be corrected is, and on the basis of a position of the pixel to be corrected in a column direction; and a correction operation unit that corrects a signal of the pixel to be corrected using the correction value generated by the correction value generation unit.

A magnification rate of the distances between the centroids has a nonlinear relationship to a magnification rate of the first group images, and within an extent of the nonlinear relationship, the magnification rate of the distances between the centroids has a predetermined range in which the magnification rate of the first group images is larger than the magnification rate of the distances between the centroids.

    摘要: An optical object measurement apparatus includes a light source for generating a low-coherent light beam, which is swept via an array of pinholes on a Nipkow disk that rotates about an axis. A beam splitter splits the swept light beam into a probe light beam toward an object to be measured and a reference light beam toward a reference optical path. The probe light beam from the object and the reference light that has traveled along the reference optical path are combined in the beam splitter to produce interference light. A two-dimensional image-capturing device detects the interference light and produces a video signal to provide reflection intensity information of the interior of the object. This allows an interference optical system to be readily realized and tomographic images of an object to be observed at high levels of resolution and contrast.
