    摘要: A base station allocates a radio resource to a scheduling-target user based on a scheduling metric which is calculated for each of scheduling-target users and calculates the amount of available data for each user. When the radio resource is allocated to the scheduling-target user, the amount of data (Dassign) to be communicated using the allocated radio resource is subtracted from the amount of available data (Davailable) for the user. The amount of available data (Davailable) for each user within a cell is updated (min((Davailable+Dref), Dref)) to be less than or equal to a reference data amount in each control period (TAMBR). The scheduling-target user is selected based on the amount of available data for each user.

    摘要: In a mobile communication method according to the present invention, a mobile station (UE) receives downlink data transmitted from a radio base station by using a downlink radio resource assigned to the mobile station by predetermined scheduling information, in a predetermined cycle. The method includes the steps: (A) notifying, to the mobile station (UE), the predetermined cycle and information on the downlink radio resource; (B) notifying, to the mobile station (UE), the predetermined scheduling information; and (C) transmitting downlink data in the predetermined cycle by using the downlink radio resource assigned by the predetermined scheduling information, the transmission starting at a certain point determined on the basis of the received predetermined scheduling information. In the step (C), the predetermined scheduling information is discarded, when the information on the downlink radio resource and information notified by the predetermined scheduling information are inconsistent with each other.
