摘要: A Web access providing system that allows a user to access a Web page as if he or she is making a telephone call. When a user terminal B sends out a service request S1 and an originating connection request S12, a connection notification S4 is sent to a user terminal A through local Mobile multimedia switching system (L-MMS 1) and a gateway mobile multimedia switching system (G-MMS 2). When receiving the connection notification 4, the user terminal A performs authentication. The authentication verifies whether the telephone number of the user terminal B is contained in a telephone directory of the user terminal A. After the authentication, the user terminal A outputs a connection communication response S5 to the G-MMS 2. The connection communication response S5 contains the URL of a Web page associated with the user terminal A. The L-MMS 1 receives the URL and outputs a connection request S7. Thus, the user terminal B can access and browse the Web page implemented by a Web server 3.

摘要: A portable simplified image display apparatus and a receiving system are provided, which can sensuously know the state of received strength of radio signals transmitted from a body-insertable apparatus, in either case of before examination or during examination. A viewer (7) includes a detector that detects received strength of a radio signal transmitted from a capsule endoscope (2) and a notifying unit that notifies the detected state of received strength in a display pattern such as a picture display of a capsule (41). Therefore, in either case of before examination or during examination, the state of received strength of radio signals transmitted from the capsule endoscope (2) can be sensuously known according to the notification result of the state of received strength. If it is during examination, supplementary observation can be performed based on an excellent received image by searching a site having strong received strength, thereby enabling contribution to satisfactory examination.

摘要: To realize a receiving system that can excellently receive radio signals before and after a body insertable device, which is a radio signal source, is inserted into a subject, the receiving system has a first receiving antenna (1), a second receiving antenna (2), and a receiving apparatus (3). The first receiving antenna (1) is used when the body insertable device is outside the subject. The second receiving antenna (2) is used when the body insertable device is inserted into the subject. The receiving apparatus (3) performs a receiving processing on radio signals received through the first receiving antenna (1) or the second receiving antenna (2). In the receiving system, a receiving antenna connected to an antenna connector (13) provided in the receiving apparatus (3) is switched between the first receiving antenna (1) and the second receiving antenna (2) corresponding to a difference in propagation states of radio signals transmitted from the body insertable device before and after the body insertable device is inserted into the subject. Consequently, the receiving system that can excellently receive the radio signals before and after the body insertable device is inserted into the subject is realized.

摘要: When a network apparatus of this invention receives an IEEE 802.3ad link application control packet from a subscriber line with a VPWS function, it processes the packet in a control unit without relaying the packet by VPWS. More specifically, the network apparatus receives an IEEE802.3ad link aggregation control packet along with receiving an IEEE802.3x flow control packet. The network apparatus transmits a link aggregation control packet. The network apparatus also relays other layer 2 control protocol packets without receiving them, and does not transmit the other layer 2 control protocol packets.

摘要: When a capsule is manufactured, a unique number such as a serial number is stored in non-volatile memory in the capsule. If the capsule is used with an external apparatus, the unique number is sent from the capsule to the external apparatus. The external apparatus relates each unique number with a capsule ID comprising a small number of bits in a management table formed in non-volatile memory and sends the capsule ID to the capsule, and the capsule ID with the small number of bits is set as an identifier in the capsule. In this manner, it is made unnecessary to provide a switch in the capsule for setting the identifier and it becomes possible to reduce and send the quantity of information sent as the identifier.
