    摘要: A cylinder throw-on and throw-off mechanism for a printing press having a plate cylinder and a printing cylinder, which are disposed with outer surfaces being separated from each other, and a blanket cylinder disposed therebetween includes a driving unit and a control unit. The driving unit has a motor serving as a driving source and moves the blanket cylinder between an impression-on position where the blanket cylinder is pressed against the plate cylinder and simultaneously pressed against the printing cylinder through a paper sheet and an impression throw-off position where the blanket cylinder is separated from the plate cylinder and the printing cylinder in accordance with a direction of rotation and the number of revolutions of the motor. The control unit sets an operation pattern of the motor, which is defined by the total number of revolutions of the motor and a number of revolutions of said motor on the basis of a printing condition, and drives and controls the motor in accordance with the set operation pattern.

    摘要: A cylinder throw apparatus includes a plate cylinder, a printing cylinder, a blanket cylinder, a pair of eccentric bearings, and a motor. The plate cylinder has a circumferential surface on which a printing plate is mounted. The printing cylinder is disposed to have a circumferential surface thereof kept away from the circumferential surface of the plate cylinder. The blanket cylinder is disposed between the plate cylinder and the printing cylinder. The eccentric bearings and the motor move the blanket cylinder between an impression-on position in which the blanket cylinder is pressed against the plate cylinder and, through a paper sheet, pressed against the printing cylinder, and an impression throw-off position in which the blanket cylinder is kept away from the plate cylinder and the printing cylinder, and automatically set a gap between the blanket cylinder and the printing cylinder at the impression-on position in correspondence with a paper thickness.

    摘要: The image forming apparatus includes a process unit, a latent image writer, a power source, and a controller. The process unit is detachably attachable relative to the image forming apparatus and includes, as a single integrated unit, a latent image bearing member to bear a latent image on a surface thereof, a charging device to charge the surface of the latent image bearing member, and a development device to develop the latent image with toner. The controller causes the power source to output a charging bias at a predetermined target level supplied to the charging device. The process unit includes a first storage device to store correction information for calculating the predetermined target level of the charging bias in accordance with a combination of the latent image bearing member and the charging device. The controller corrects the predetermined target level based on the correction information in the first storage device.

    摘要: A snap button wherein when a male snap is removed from a female snap, a rotation between the snaps is limited, but is permitted normally. A male-side grooved surface is provided on a male snap radially outward from a projection of the snap with a plurality of grooves formed so that peaks and troughs of the grooves are arranged continuously in the circumferential direction. A female-side grooved surface similar to the male-side grooved surface is provided on a female snap radially outward from a projection-receiving space of the snap. The female-side grooved surface is inclined relative to the male-side grooved surface. When the male snap is removed from the female snap, each axis of the male snap and the female snap, which are yet in a coupled state, inclines relative to each other, causing the male-side grooved surface and the female-side grooved surface to partially engage with each other.
