A rotating electrical machine includes a rotor core, a rotor shaft, a coil, a bind, a lead-out wire of which one end is connected to the coil and the other end is connected to a neutral ring. A filling is filled between the coil and the neutral ring. The neutral ring is formed with a plurality of members that are connected with one another to have flexibility.
Abstract:
A permanent magnet electrical rotating machine is provided which is capable of contributing to protected permanent magnets and increased cooling performance during operation. The permanent magnet electrical rotating machine includes: permanent magnets; rotor cores that have the permanent magnets mounted thereto and are laminated in a rotating axis direction; spacers that are placed between adjacent rotor cores; and permanent magnet protection members that are installed between the permanent magnets and the rotor cores and also placed to maintain radial continuity in space partitioned by the spacers between the rotor cores.

A method for manufacturing a neutral ring includes connecting a cut-off neutral ring to an arc-shaped connection element. The method also includes filling an insulator between the cut-off neutral ring and a connection element. The neutral ring shunts the rotor coil in three phases.

A rotating electric machine comprises a field winding provided on a rotor iron core and a neutral ring supported independently of the field winding, wherein: the field winding and the neutral ring are electrically connected to each other through a connecting wire; the neutral ring is disposed spaced with respect to the rotor iron core; and the connecting wire absorbs the stress difference between the field winding and the neutral ring when a centrifugal stress is applied.

A bearing replacement method for a rotating machine of the present invention includes the steps of: when at least one bearing of a rotating machine is to be replaced with a new one, mounting at an end portion of the rotating machine a plurality of bendable arms for removing a first bearing covering part, a power supply unit outer frame, and a slipring, respectively; removing with the arms the first bearing covering part, the power supply unit outer frame, and the slipring, respectively; and thereafter replacing the at least one bearing with a new one.
