Abstract: An object of the present invention is to execute steering control depending on a situation in an adjacent lane. A driving assistance device according to the present invention includes: at least one sensor (140) configured to acquire vehicle surrounding information; and at least one processor configured to: execute determination processing of determining whether a current situation is a first situation or a second situation based on the vehicle surrounding information; and execute steering control for driving a principal vehicle along a target track (TL) based on a result of the determination processing. The first situation is a situation in which the principal vehicle overtakes a first other vehicle traveling in a first adjacent lane. The second situation is a situation in which the principal vehicle is overtaken by the first other vehicle traveling in the first adjacent lane.

Abstract: An object is to provide an automatic emergency braking device capable of achieving both prevention of delay and prevention of malfunction of an automatic emergency brake when a vehicle enters the opposite lane. An automatic emergency braking device 12 includes: a collision determination unit 13 that executes collision determination for determining whether or not there is a possibility of collision between the vehicle 1 and an oncoming vehicle; a brake control unit 14 that activates the automatic emergency brake of the vehicle 1 according to the determination result of the collision determination; and an execution timing change unit 15 that changes the execution timing of the collision determination. The execution timing change unit 15 includes a determination unit 16 that determines whether or not a prediction condition indicating that entry of the vehicle 1 to the opposite lane is predicted is satisfied, and a setting unit 17 that, when the prediction condition is satisfied, sets the execution timing of the collision determination to be earlier than the timing in the case where the prediction condition is not satisfied.

Abstract: The vehicle control device, independently of acceleration and deceleration operation by a vehicle driver, adjusts a vehicle speed to a predetermined target vehicle speed or adjusts an inter-vehicle interval between the vehicle and a preceding vehicle which travels ahead of the vehicle, to a predetermined target inter-vehicle interval. The vehicle control device obtains information concerning the inter-vehicle interval between the vehicle and the preceding vehicle and information concerning acceleration and deceleration operations by the driver, to update settings of the target vehicle speed and the target inter-vehicle interval according to the obtained information concerning the inter-vehicle interval and the acceleration and deceleration operation. Furthermore, the vehicle control device outputs, to a braking/driving device (a brake pedal and an engine) of the vehicle, a braking/driving command (a driving command and a braking command) for adjusting traveling state based on the updated target vehicle speed and target inter-vehicle interval.
