    摘要: A method for presenting a virtual conference site of a video conference is disclosed in the present invention. The method include: receiving preset virtual conference site attributes and determining one virtual conference site attribute therefrom, where the virtual conference site includes at least two conference terminals; determining a virtual conference site control mode; acquiring, according to the determined virtual conference site attribute and the virtual conference site control mode, one virtual conference site presentation mode in preset virtual conference site presentation modes, and presenting a virtual conference site in the acquired virtual conference site presentation mode. A virtual conference site preset apparatus, a media processing device, a video conference terminal and a video conference system are also disclosed in the present invention. By utilizing the present invention, a conference control mode may be simplified, and the experience of video conference participators may be improved.

    摘要: With the deployment of the Mobile Routers, some of the mobile devices would access the IP services, e.g. Remote Local IP Access (LIPA), via the local connections provided by the Mobile Router. In such cases, the mobile devices may be detached from the 3GPP access, and thus lose the capability of receiving certain services, e.g. CS domain related services. This invention presented a solution to allow the mobile device to continue enjoying the services provided via 3GPP access by placing the mobile device into a special state and binding Mobile Router's context with the mobile device's context. In this way, the mobile operator's core network would be able to trigger the mobile device to receive the CS service even its 3GPP access connections are removed.

    摘要: The present invention introduces a method for the network to optimize the route for user's local IP access, without affecting the access to operator's core network. With this mechanism, no excessive signalling is needed for the optimization. The present invention is also applicable to the corporate network that has multiple home NodeBs or home eNodeBs. Finer grain control on the services to be provided over different home NodeB or home eNodeB is also possible. Further, path optimization and continuation of the service upon handover can be controlled, and hence flexibility of the service can be secured.

    摘要: With the deployment of home NodeB or home eNodeB, a user can access both operator's core network and Local IP Access (LIPA), e.g. to home based network or general Internet, on the same device at the same time. However, existing mechanisms does not allow an efficient way of LIPA mobility support, especially when there are multiple home NodeBs or home eNodeBs serving the same LIPA domain. The present invention provides a solution that can achieve seamless mobility among different home NodeBs or home eNodeBs without interruption to LIPA service. The LIPA traffic for the terminal can be contained within the local domain during the handover process. It also provides support of the relocation of the gateway that provides the LIPA access to the mobile terminal.

    摘要: In a mobile communication system, a handover of a terminal device (MT) from a macrocell base station (eNB) to a small cell base station (HeNB) is controlled via a host device (MME or HeNB-GW). Physical cell ID deployment map information (PCI deployment map information), which includes at least information (PCI/CGI map information) indicating the correspondences between physical cell IDs and unique cell IDs of CSG cells for which access is granted, is generated in the host device (MME or HeNB-GW). When the terminal device measures the reception quality for surrounding CSG cells for handover control to any of the CSG cells, the terminal device uses the PCI deployment map information to generate a measurement result report. Thus, a service interruption caused by handover control to an inaccessible small cell can be avoided, and the wait time for handover control can be reduced.

    摘要: Techniques for classifying structural data with skewed distribution are disclosed. By way of example, a method classifying structural input data comprises a computer system performing the following steps. Multiple classifiers are constructed, wherein each classifier is constructed on a subset of training data, using one or more selected composite features from the subset of training data. A consensus among the multiple classifiers is computed in accordance with a voting scheme such that at least a portion of the structural input data is assigned to a particular class in accordance with the computed consensus. Such techniques for structured data classification are capable of handling skewed class distribution and partial feature coverage issues.

In this system, the NAP (104) evaluates a network resource used by the MT (106), and generates the QoS history information unit indicating the evaluation result. The AAA (140) authenticates the QoS history information unit generated by the NAP (104). The NAP (104) transmits the authenticated QoS history information unit to the MT (106). The MT (106) request for a resource establishment to the NAP (304) when switching the communicating party from the NAP (104) to the NAP (304), and transmits the QoS history information unit. The NAP (304) verifies the authenticity of the QoS history information unit to the AAA (140) when receiving the request for resource establishment from the MT (106) and allocates the network resource to the MT (106) based on the QoS history information unit.
